Ei ole mitään hämmästyttävää tekemistä kodin ympärillä, mutta jos haluat olla lähellä St. Pete Beach, olet vain 2. 5 kilometrin päässä ja 6. 5 kilometrin päässä St. St. Pete missä yöelämäviihdettä on runsaasti. Naapurimaissamme on turvallinen ja ystävällinen. Helppo kävelymatka ostoskeskukseen CVS, Walmart, ruokakaupat, ravintolat ja paljon muuta.

Voit ottaa 35 minuutin ajomatkan ja käydä Winter and Hope - Dolphin Tale- ja Dolphin Tale 2 -tähdet Clearwater Marine Aquariumissa.

St. Petersburg / Clearwater International Airport ja Tampa International Airport ovat yhtä käteviä - vain 20-30 minuutin ajomatka. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Parkin eläintarha ja Florida Aquarium ovat vain 45 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Helppo 90 minuutin ajomatka Disney Worldiin, MGM Studiosiin, Universal Studion teemapuistoihin.

Great place for a family Christmas
We were in town to celebrate Christmas with two brothers who live in Gulfport. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 1 infant who were staying there, as well as the brothers who live there to hang out and spend time together. The table was even big enough for all of us to eat together! Plenty of supplies - dishes, silverware, cooking needs, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, etc. The house is on a busy road, but it was easy to get into and out of due to the stoplight just up the road. Hanging out in the backyard, you don’t even notice any street noise. Diana was very responsive to answer any questions we had. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beach wedding weekend
The house was as stated and my family and I had an enjoyable weekend at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and it is close to everything we wanted to see or go too. I have to say that the owner was extremely quick to respond to any and all inquiries that I had. I definitively will consider renting this same house the next time I plan a few days on Treasure Island or any of the island communities.

Great for families
Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Great property for families - stocked with kid friendly items (including high chair and kid’s dining ware etc). Convenient location. Close to St Pete beach. House is directly on the main road, but it didn’t bother us.

Good Beach House
We enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. The only downside was the lock on the door, dishwasher and coffee maker were hard to operate. House had some wear and tear but standard for a beach house. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. Would recommend!

Amazing family vacation!
At the last minute, a group of us decided to visit St Pete for the first time, and even before booking, Laura was extremely responsive and polite. We had zero issues checking in, and even when we forgot an item she assured me she'd check with the cleaning staff. The kitchen is large and was truly the center of the home and was fully stocked. The house itself is on a busy road but that wasn't really a problem for us since it was near all of the stores and a quick 5 min drive to the beach. Overall this house had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks again!

Disappointed that the rooms that weren’t on central air, weren’t cooled down. That should be done by the host, not the renter!! The 3rd bathroom has no air 😤😤 So you sweat to go to bathroom!!

I would have liked to have known the master bedroom was upstairs, and that the house was on a main road, which was noisy. My elderly parents were unable to join us last minute, but they would not have been able to handle the stairs and would not have been comfortable sharing a bathroom with us. Other than that, the house was very clean and well stocked.

Nice Family Stay!
Our family of 8 adults was together for 4 nights. We did a lot of meal prep and appreciates the well-stocked kitchen and large dining table. We also used the grill and fire pit on the patio. The location was convenient, but the road is very busy and a bit loud. Our host, Diana, was very responsive to an needs and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Thank you.

Great stay!
This is a great place to have a large group. Very clean, inviting place, each room had a tv with smart/streaming device. Two fridges and very well laid out. Games on the patio and one of the more stocked/provided vrbo’s we’ve been too. We will definitely be back. Super close to stores and quiet even though you’re on the main road.

A relaxing vacation
This property was very clean, bright and airy, and fit the needs of a family vacation consisting of grandparents, son and his spouse, and three children ranging in age from 6 to 23. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, which was very handy. The beds were good. There were adequate towels. The screen porch was very nice, and the foosball and pool table was enjoyed by all. Having games available was also great.

JUST GREAT!
This property was Simply GREAT! I recommend this property to anyone visiting the St. Pete area. The property was clean and the property manager was immediately responsive when we had questions. My mother is elderly and there was a downstairs master next to a rest room. She Loved it and did not want to leave. The kids had lots of room and there were activities on the property that kept them busy. Thank you so much for a enjoyable stay!

Would 100% stay here again!
This may be one of my top 3 favorite vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. I typically book through another property rental app, but went vrbo this time around and am so happy that I did! This home was everything that the listing says and more. We had a little trouble getting into the house, but Diana was quick to help remedy that. Most rentals only offer the barebones necessities but anything I needed (and more), was readily available - shampoo, soap, HAND soap (I never see normal hand soap at rentals; I had even brought our own thinking we wouldn't have anything there), garbage bags, dish soap, etc. All our friends couldn't get over how amazing this place was. The backyard was great! We didn't have a chance to use any of the games because we brought our own, so I can't speak to that. But we brought firewood for the pit in the backyard and sat around for a few hours which was probably a highlight of my 2 nights there. The amount of beds/space for sleeping arrangements was also something you don't see much of at most rentals. Definitely a great place for big groups! Love love the location - we were 10 minutes from one of the main St. Pete Beach access points and 15 minutes from DTSP (downtown St. Pete). I really think I'll be back here again soon.

This property has great potential. However, the management is seriously lacking. We had several issues: faucet, dishwasher, and grill did not work. The garbage bins were completely full upon our arrival. The backyard needed to be mowed. The weeds were over a foot tall. There were only four washcloths for six people. Communication was challenging as well. We never received checkin information even after messaging for it on arrival day. Finally called and got it. We won’t be back.

Family Fun Time
We enjoyed our stay SO much! We were all getting together for a wedding but had younger kids who needed room to run and play. We found the right house! There is a great fenced back yard and after the long drive the kids ran and played and loved it! The a pool table in the garage was a nice bonus. The house also has a nice sized screened in back porch with games ready to play. We gathered on the big, comfy sectional couch in the living room to visit but the big kitchen table was our favorite spot. The house has a beautiful kitchen with both an island to sit at and a long table with plenty of chairs. We found everything we needed to cook and enjoy eating together. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and shampoo and soap! All of the beds were very comfy and the rooms were a nice size with good closet space. We were close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. Dianna was easy to communicate with and we had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely stay again!
