First time visiting what a beautiful room! Everything was perfect. Rent the mini cars next door will make it easier to get around. Beautiful sunsets! My only advice is if you’re there to get around more than usual rent a car! Oh order an Uber, taxi is $75 Uber is 35!

Truly enjoyed this resort! The customer service was amazing and who can resist the complimentary water and champagne. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities including a balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The gym was nice I enjoyed the cold towels and awesome treadmills. The location of the hotel made it easy to explore the island on foot. The hotel resort fee offers great perks to help you save money and truly enjoy your stay. The guest service was nice and kept our room neat and filled with water and much needed makeup wipes! I could notice some minor touch ups with maintenance around the property however it was nothing to keep me away. Can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed 4 nights at this property. It was clean and spacious; the balcony door needs a little force to open. Any issue that arose was handled swiftly and professionally. All staff were amazing, but Evan (the night counter clerk), Amy (house keeping manager), and James (waiter from Shor restaurant) are true gems. It was an amazing stay!
