We were in Clearwater for a conference. The staff at the Resort was top notch (Most of our interaction was with Vallet Staff and the Bellman). The rooms were equal to the price and the amenities made the stay very enjoyable. The location was convenient, no less that 1/2 mile walk to all the restaurants and bars we frequented

We called before our trip to make sure everything was open. And we were told there were no restrictions and if we cancelled we would not get a refund There were very few places open to eat or do anything. Very disappointed We got evacuated and they have no plans in place to help their guests when we asked they told us we were on our own to figure it out.

Clearwater recovering, Hyatt is a good value.
Used the Hyatt while repairs being made on my flooded house in the area. Clearwater is still recovering from the hurricanes. Staff was great, restaurant open and service was very good. Room was great, no complaints. Large suite, clean, comfortable. Did I say the staff was great? Must be great leadership here at this property.
