You have every type of restaurant near by, the beach is a short drive from the home including Clearwater Beach which was rated #1 beach in the US, movie theater right down the street, multiple county parks near by with great amenities, grocery stores, a Walmart Super Center less than 3 minutes away, and even a comedy club and bar within walking distance. Innisbrook Golf Course also less than 1.5 miles away. Fantastic Palm Harbor location.

Sleeping Arrangements are as follows:

Master Bedroom: King Sized Bed

Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with Full Sized mattress on bottom, and Twin Sized mattress on the top (150 lb. Weight limit on top bunks please); and Twin Sized Day Bed.

Bedroom 3: Matching Set of (2) Bunk Beds with Full Sized mattress on bottom, and Twin Sized mattress on the top (150 lb. weight limit on top bunks please).

Bedroom 4: King Sized bed.

The Master bedroom is HUGE. Located on the west side of the home, it is basically it's own "wing" of the house. Features a King Sized bed, 43" HD 4K Flat Panel Smart TV, Sitting area, Dual Walk-In Closets, and a Master Bathroom with Jetted Therapeutic Spa Tub, Dual Head Shower, and Dual Vanity.

The other Guest Bedrooms are on separate ends of the home, offering tons of privacy; one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom.

Home is also Centrally located to EVERYTHING including a Walmart Supercenter less than 3 min. Away; Grocery Stores, Innisbrook Golf Course, Restaurants and Bars, and even a Comedy Club within walking distance.

*Pool and Spa are not heated but do stay warm in the summer months. The Spa can be heated and is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation. Spa heat can be added to a reservation for a daily rate of $40.00 per day from the hours of 6 pm till 10 pm. Spa heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Spa heaters operate on a timer that is set to come on in the evening and turn off at night.

*This home is situated on a canal off of Lake Tarpon. While most guests are able to enjoy watersports in the canal, including boating, kayaking, and fishing, there may be times that these activities are limited or not possible due to environmental factors that are both unpredictable and beyond our control. The two primary factors that may impact use of the canal include: (1) Lack of rainfall which will impact the depth of the canal; and (2) Vegetation overgrowth which is managed by Pinellas County. The inability to utilize the canal will not constitute a refund in any amount.

*Standard nightly House rates include up to 8 people at no additional cost. Additional guest fees apply to parties of 9 or more guests. House Sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. (11 Adults and 3 Children or persons under 150 lbs. as rooms with bunk beds cannot exceed that weight for upper bunks please)

*Pet friendly home allows up to two dogs with a paid fee per pet. Only one pet fee is charged at the time of booking, a secure payment link will be sent to guests to pay the second pet fee when applicable.

*Home is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are turned off once guests checks in.
