Newly Renovated!
Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated community. The condo has luxurious amenities for up to six people. Newly updated! Ceramic tiles flooring throughout the entire condo. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops and a large pantry – it has everything you need; living room boasts a 85 inch Smart TV. Walk through the sliding door from the living room into the screened porch which is on the Inter coastal – You can sip your morning coffee and watch the pelicans and boats pass by and sometime even spot a dolphin! The screened lanai comes complete with plenty of seating, a round table and chairs together with a 50” Smart TV. It is a separate room with a water view. Sit outside on the picnic table or use the BBQ to grill up something special.
The master bedroom faces the Inter-coastal. It features a new king bed and TV, with a four piece en-suite, together with a full size washer and dryer. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of quality bunk beds, TV and a closet. The second bathroom has a quartz counter-top and a tiled shower stall. There are beach chairs, a wagon and some beach toys available - load 'em up and walk to the beach!
The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach laps the Boca Ciega Bay and is 150 yards from Madeira’s finest white sandy beach; watch the dolphins play or fish off one of the three fishing piers. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf Sunsets on the beach. Walk to John’s Pass or take the Trolley anywhere from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete’s Beach and Pass-A-Grille. No car needed! Walk to the library, tennis courts, and over 100 shops and restaurants!
The Yacht Club features a gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, billiard room, two heated pools and fishing piers. This is resort style living with all the privacy and relaxation of home. You are steps away from the Florida dream.

Awesome Getaway
This place was a gem! check in process was easy. Debbie and the owners were super fast and great in communicating with us. The condo was modern and super clean. Perfect location as everything was in walking distance. This area was also very laid back and not crowded. Everything you can ever need is provided including all the beach necessities ( beach chairs, mats for the beaches, cart, floaters, beach bags, beach cooler, etc., Really perfect location. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing Mad Beach Vacation
We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was amazing and as advertised. We also opted to add on the optional boat slip which made our use of the Gulf Coast and Intracoastal easy. We really appreciated the local community who were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend several local businesses: Mad Beach Cafe, Saltwater Hippie, Snack Shack, Crabby's on the Pass, and Ricky T's Bar and Grille!

Condo was clean, well stocked with supplies, including beach chairs and some toys with a wagon and football/volleyball/frisbee. Loved having a washer/dryer. Its in a perfect location to walk to the beach. Nice pool and view of intercoastal with boats. It was a quiet community with friendly people. We were able to check in early and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway vacation on the gulf coast.

Love this place. Very roomy living space and nice bathrooms. Enclosed lanai makes sitting and looking out at canal enjoyable. Dave was always available to contact and very helpful. We've been visiting MBYC since 2007 and we like staying at 275D best of all.

We could not fault this little apartment. Such a great little location - walkable to the supermarket, beach and restaurants. Not too busy either. The apartment itself was like home away from home. The rooms were very spacious and all the equipment was up to date. Honestly we really had the best time here. I did get a little confused at check in as didn’t realise we had to get the keys from the property office down the road… but it didn’t matter really! I would 100% recommend this property to stay in. The one thing I would have liked was a mop & bucket to use:-) thank you so much:-)

We've been staying in MBYC almost every summer for the past 15 years. Love the location and the atmosphere. The "Salty Boat Rental" is now located right in the Basin so a 3 minute walk to our pontoon boat rental. Awesome!

Great Location - we’ll be back!
The location is perfect for a quick walk across the street to the beach. There are chairs and a beach wagon plus some toys/football. We also purchased a 2nd umbrella that we left so there should be enough now for two sets of chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the drink bar was wonderful for the kids to grab something. It even had some adult drinks stocked for the night we arrived! There is a grocery and cvs right across the street too. We were also able to have Walmart delivery at 8am the morning after we arrived which was great for all the staples for the two weeks. Check-in is super easy but make sure you go to the rental agency office not the yacht club office first. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Amazing property! Great proximity to the beach, nice comfortable furniture, fully stocked, great indoor and outdoor space. I hosted dinner one night for 11 family members and didn't feel crowded at all. We totally enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book again!

Good for price. Felt safe.
Although the pictures represent what the property looks like it was a bit smaller than originally thought. The location was convenient and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out back. It would be great if there was a water hose around back to wash the sand off our feet and items before entering the patio. The ones provided by the Club are a bit further away than anticipated. I left some kites for others to use along with a can opener, and a few other things. So thankful we were able to avoid the red tide as it allowed us to walk around conveniently and allowed our boys to ride their bikes freely. Not only is the rec dept just on the other side of the complex but there is a precinct nearby as well. Thank you for allowing us to experience a new beach this year!

Property manager never sent me instructions on how to enter the property. She sent them to a previous tenant so I disregarded the email when she said that was a mistake. A different manager called the week before I was to check in to go over checkout instructions. After some confusion, she realized she called the wrong tenant. Never got instructions on HOA rules (found those out the hard way); never got guest POV registration instructions (HOA got me again the hard way on the last day we were there). Early one day, the A/C just let himself into the room. Found out the property manager got an early phone call the night before and wrote down the wrong room number. Came out of the bedroom and found a strange man within a couple feet of my child sleeping on the couch. Again, their mistake. Property was nice and we enjoyed the fishing piers and close proximity to the beach.

Well there are a few things that bothered me during my stay.
First of all, paper towels and toilet paper! I actually had to go & buy my own to use as this ran out in the first couple of days. When I arrived the smoke alarm was beeping & I told the property person but still took 4 days to change it. Plus there was a bad smell in the condo and after two days discovered there was moldy sea food in the garbage disposal! That was gross and something I did not appreciate. I found myself watching TV in the bedroom because of the smell until I figured out where the smell was coming from! Or I spent lots of time outdoors! The location was great & I felt safe walking at night, so that is a plus. Kind of a lack of communication between the property manager’s and me....not being able to get in touch with anyone from their office was maddening also. I am not sure if I would rent again for the above reason’s.
