The entire interior, from bedrooms to bathrooms, has been updated and upgraded to be one of the nicest units in the whole resort. A corner unit on the 4th floor, the layout spans the entire width of the building, and gives you a huge space to relax and spread out. Get the best of both views, with a large private balcony looking out towards the beach and Gulf, and giving a totally unobstructed view of the most magnificent sunsets in the world, and a second smaller private balcony off the master bedroom giving you a first-class view of Boca Ciega bay.

--Two full size beds in the second bedroom.

--The master bath has been remodeled with a glass block walk-in shower, updated fixtures, and double sinks.

--The second full bath is spacious and updated, and provides plenty of space for additional guests.

My four sisters and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. The neds are comfortable, kitchen has all the necessary items, and both balconies are wonderful. I cant say enough about the view. Absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend staying here. Our family will definitely come back. :)

A few minutes walk to John's Pass, sidewalks for walking, beach stretching for miles. The condo was spacious, clean, and plenty of seating for us to sit together or spread out. Could not be happier with our stay! No complaints.

Great location and property!
My daughter and I spent a long weekend here, and it was a great property! We had plenty of space & the condo was right on the beach! Beautiful sunsets from our balcony, and the area was not overly crowded but still close to shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

Nicely sized unit. It’s budget friendly for a reason, it’s outdated and could use deep cleaning (or replaced/freshened) of items like shower heads, ceilings, etc. There were several beach items available for use in the unit that would be great for a family with kids. Overall, a family friendly unit within walking distance to resturaunts and on the beach!

Family Vacation
This was the first time my family and I have been to Madeira Beach. We have a great time. The property was very good. The owners were super responsive and made evertyhing very easy. The actual condo was even nicer then the pictures showed. The condo was huge and lots of space. The view from the balcony was amazing too. The owners even offered more things then what was listed on the website. You dont need to pack beach chairs or boogy boards. I would recomend this condo to anyone interested in the area. The location was great too.

The Grands 1st stay at the beach
We were only there for 2 nights but we had a great time. Everybody loved the view and the location couldn't be beat. It was very well stocked with beach toys which we made use of. Enjoyed the pool and hottub. Comfy beds and lots of pillows. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and would highly recommend and would book again. The condo had extras that we were not expecting and the check-in was easy. The bedrooms were large comfortable and the living space was perfection. We enjoyed sitting on the patio as it overlooked the pool towards the ocean.

Everything was great, just one thing. If you guys could include a few common spices like salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika would be great! However that is a very minor area for improvement. Overall 9.5/10 stay!

Perfect location
Perfect location. Beautiful view of beach/ Gulf and bay. Walkable to Johns Pass. Always love this area. Condo was as described. Decor was a bit dark and dated but everythi g worked fine. Bed was notcomfortable at all, butsofa was verynice. I even slept there when my back was screaming in the bed. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I return? Idk. Best part was the view. View was worth every.penny.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The view is amazing and the location is great, convenient to John's pass. The property was really nice, heated outdoor pool facing the ocean. Condo was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas vacation in Mad Beach
The unit was clean The unit needs updating, carpet seems a bit dark and the walls have marks on them, cracks here and there around windows. Some of the tables are showing their age. Could use new baking pans. Overall, we had a great experience but the unit does not compare favorably with another that we were in , in the same building.
