This beach front hotel was the perfect location! Clean and cool vibes. Walkable to many restaurants and shops and the bus stop. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach, and walk back up to eat lunch! We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone!

Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. It’s too bad the rooms and hotel were not as amazing. Our room was not clean at all. The sofa had stains all over it and the bathtub was cracked and peeling. Paint was peeling off the walls.

We were so excited based on what we saw online for this trip. When we got to the resort we were immediately impressed by the lobby and friendly front desk that greeted us, the entrance was as “instagrammable” as it looked based on the photos. What we were really disappointed by was our room. We were initially placed in a room where the AC barely worked and had basically no water pressure in the shower, not to mention the strong smell of black mold and unclean bathroom. I have never requested a different room before in my life but I went to the front desk and was upgraded to a poolside room, which was better, however the black mold smell in the bathroom was the worst I’ve smelled anywhere. My fiancé is an electrician and is used to working in attics and basements with mold present and he said he has never experienced it this bad. It was in the grout in the tile on the floor of our room and bathroom and when we turned on the bath fan it worsened, which made us wonder how bad the inside of the ceilings must look. The pool and bar were great and the location right on the beach was fantastic, so we spent the entirety of our days out and about and only used the rooms to sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and waking up the third morning I had horrible cold symptoms and a sore throat. Once we were home for a day after I felt normal again. I believe the black mold exposure made me sick as I normally have a strong immune system. We were overall very disappointed and will not return.

Anniversary Getaway
We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and helpful! The pool is fantastic. Easy access to the beach and loved that someone came out to keep us hydrated with yummy drinks and even brought us out lunch. This was our second time at PCI and looking forward to our next!

Amazing !
Our experience was amazing ! It was my husbands 40th birthday and I asked the manager if they could do something special and she delivered for sure ! We got early check in an upgraded room , free drink coupons and cabana with drinks and a cake that they even decorated with balloons . Steve at the front was super friendly and helpful and Summer our server at our pool cabana was absolutely amazing ! Even the maintenance guy was great ! We will be staying again soon!

We loved everything about our stay. The facilities are a typical beachside resort, but the pool, restaurant, coffee shop, game room, beach and beach bar are everything you need to have a great time! I wished the rooms had a larger fridge as it made it hard to keep things that we had purchased from Publix, but we made it work. Hurricane Debby decided to roll in for the day of my son’s wedding - but the staff handled it beautifully. It was a perfect ceremony! Then the weather also delayed everyone leaving and they were so accommodating for all of us that were still there. Overall it was a great stay!

Cockroaches everywhere in room. Room was dirty in general, mold, bugs. Great location on the beach but definitely not worth how much you pay. I'd recommend staying at another hotel on the beach.
