Wonderful stay.
Unit was clean, roomy, property was on the beach with a pool. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. Property manager Liz was also quick to respond to any questions I had.

Clean Beachfront Condo
The condo itself was very clean including the building and property. View from the balcony was beautiful and can walk right out to the beach. This unit is located close to the elevator with the designated parking spot located right by the elevator door at the ground level. We didn’t not use, but saw the unit has beach towels and toys as well as a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. Contactless checkin and checkout was easy as well as the PIN code lock on the unit.

Great condo!
The host was very accommodating when we had to postpone due to the hurricanes on October. Communication before and during our stay was second to none.The condo was perfect! Great view of the Gulf. Bed was very comfortable. And it is a quiet building(at least in January)Guests should note that there are no spices/coffee/other condiments in the unit, so if you're shopping before arrival, get everything you will need. This is not a complaint, just good information to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Our grandkids wanted a fun getaway for Christmas so we visited Treasure Island for a few days. We loved the condo, it was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Post hurricane travel
I love this property after being there multiple times. They are on top of their recovery work from hurricane Milton. The pool was damaged and we had looked forward to enjoying that. But the work is being done so I applaud them.

Great location and fantastic condo
Even though we were evacuated after just two nights, we had a wonderful time. Would have loved to have stayed longer, but we will be back. Process in and out was super easy, communication was wonderful, condo was beautiful. Love this area!

The property was exactly as described! The space was clean and had more than enough space to accommodate 5 of us comfortably. The 3-5 min walk to the beach was awesome! The property was in close proximity to restaurants, a grocery store, and things to do at John's Pass. Would definitely stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, it was really great that they had a closet full of beach items that we were able to use. It saved us money from having to rent beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc. Charles was very responsive answering our email.

Treasured vacation
We had the best nine days in Treasure Island, Sunset Vista, and this condo. Charles and Liz are great hosts. They were very on top of communication, any message I sent them they responded almost immediately. The condo complex was very nice the amenities with having a café open and a bar right there on the property was wonderful. 505S beach closet was adequately stocked so if you’re flying, you likely do not need to worry about purchasing chairs or an umbrella. The fridge is was cold! The unit was exactly the temperature we wanted! The shower water was hot and the drains drained, lol! And the walls were solid, we honestly could not hear it raining or anyone from another condo. That side of the condo complex offers the morning sun. I’ve already asked Charles about other units he might have that offer the sunset view. The location of this complex is fantastic. We had 3-17 year-olds that we felt very comfortable with them walking to John’s pass. The area in general was just filled with so many great restaurants. We didn’t see one fast food restaurant. The parking garage was great, not tight compared to most places. Just fantastic all around! We would definitely rent with these hosts again.

Beautiful location on the beach. Couple of minutes only to walk to a wonderful beach with soft white sand. Plenty of beach related items in the unit. Close proximity to great restaurant's and shopping at Johns Pass. It was a family reunion and Mothers Day celebration. Everyone loved it. Condo, beaches, and a real nice pool and jacuzzi. Staff was engaging and quite friendly and warm. Overall no complaints about anything.👍😁

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to comfortably sleep our family of 5. There were beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a small cooler in the closet that were greatly appreciated. Internet was a little spotty but we overall had no issues, we aren’t there to watch tv. The sunsets were perfect! We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Great Stay!
We stayed at Sunset Vistas in March and had a great time! The property is well appointed and has many amenities including a fitness room, cafe and bar. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach each day. They really liked the big deck boxes that had pool/beach toys and even chairs sometimes for all guests to use and share. The pool was typically crowded and if you didn't get down there right away in the morning to reserve some chairs, there were none available until the evening. We usually brought our own chairs. Elevators in the building are slow- we are a young family so we took their stairs many times to avoid the wait for an elevator. Our suite was pretty much as pictured. It was clean and we had a nice view of the beach. The condo is showing some wear and tear and could probably use a paint job but it didn't affect our stay. The flooring looks new and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo and property to couples and families! Thanks for a great vacation!
