Tervetuloa Clearwater! Tämä bungalow oli täysin remontoitu (2015) ja muuttui miellyttäväksi "kodiksi poissa kotoa" kenelle tahansa, joka haluaa päästä lähelle Clearwaterin, Honeymoon, St Pete ja Caladesi Islandin koskemattomia rantoja.
Tämä koti on ihanteellinen pieni ryhmä 4-6 henkilöä. Home on kaksi makuuhuonetta (nukkuu 4 yhteensä) ja futon kaltainen sohva (nukkuu 2). Bungalowin koko on hieman yli 1000 neliömetriä.
On liuskekivi lattiat kaikkialla asuinpaikka, sekä kaikki uudet huonekalut. On keskeinen lämpöä ja AC. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on täynnä sänky; Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. On suuri twin-turhamaisuus kylpyhuone suuri mukautettuja suihku. Suuri keittiö on täysin varustettu kyky tehdä ja palvella aterioita ryhmille aamiaiseksi, lounaaksi ja illalliseksi. On tummennetut takaisin patio takana kotiin huonekalut lounge ja pieni sähkögrilli. On suuri turvatarkastus edessä patio lounging.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Florida Auto Exchange Stadium - Dunedin Blue Jays. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Sweet little place
The owner took care of any need that we had. This place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly have forgotten. The only thing that we feel people should know is there are a few places in the house that require a step down or up. There never was a problem but it was a surprise. It fit our needs perfectly for the few days there. Walking to downtown and the coast was a plus.

Happy Baby time!
We had a great stay, and Eleni was very accommodating for us and our Pets! The location was perfect and very close to hospital and my daughter’s place. The home was comfortable and perfect size for our group and it was just like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in that area, especially close to Dunedin and we will consider this location when we return to visit family.

Great location!
I loved being able to walk/run to the water. The location was easy to access and so close to the Penellas Trail. The house was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. It was especially great to have two twins in the 2nd bedroom for my adult sister and I, as most places with two bedrooms have two queen beds.

Nice stay in Clearwater!!
Great stay in Clearwater! Not so close to beaches & Clearwater! As it seemed we were very close to the city of Dunedin - not so much to Clearwater!! Lots of steps in the house!! Fence outside was good but def not for little dogs as it is open in areas of the front yard!! Also information for activities in the area was 2 years old! Def need to update the literature!

Nice and quaint
My family and I ventured to Clearwater for my granddaughter’s spring break and also to celebrate a good friend’s 50th birthday. After searching for hotels and other accommodations we came across this gem. The house was just enough room for the four of us (3 adults and 1 child). It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The host was easily accessible during the reservation process as well as during our stay. Decent neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beaches. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Place To Stay!!!!
My wife & I stayed here for a month. Upon our arrival, everything was just as stated in the ad. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Water pressure was great and I loved the walk in shower! Having the attached garage was also a big plus for us as we had brought E-bikes with us and were able to store them safely in there and take off from there for riding the Pinellas trail. Only had two questions while there and Eleni was quick to respond. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Eleni for a great stay! Ken & Barb

Enjoyable
This little cottage was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. It looks just as in pictures. Location is convenient to beaches, Dunedin and harbor. We also enjoyed walking on the trail directly on the gulf. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay! This home is decorated with a flamingo theme! Perfect for Clearwater I think the owner had fun shopping for the perfect decor! This home was the best equipped with EVERYTHING a person would need, and their items were high quality

Clean and Comfortable
The property was clean and comfortable. We were able to step into the kitchen and cook, with most every utensil and cookware we needed. The neighborhood was a working class, quiet place. We were located so close to Dunedin, it was a quick drive to get to anything we need. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower, dishwasher and clothes washer were all fine, but the water pressure in the sink was barely useable. The property manager told me they are working on it. A warning for people with pups, the fenced in yard was great for our GSD, but the fence has gaps at the bottom, so I was not able to let my terrier off-leash. The slate floors were great, and the decor was cute. We would recommend to others!

This home was great. Good location. No problems in that neighborhood. The only things we will complain about are *No water pressure in the bathroom sinks *Coffee maker did not work but there are cute coffee shops in downtown Dunedin minutes away. * Too strong of flowery smells in the bedding. Overall we rate the home & location a strong 9

Location of this home is perfect. 10 min walk to Pinellas Trail, 18 min walk to Blue Jay Stadium. House has all the emeneties for a great vacation. Perfect size for two people.

Amazing Location
This house was well equipped for our month's stay. We easily made meals, did laundry and enjoyed the TV some evenings. This house is a 15 minute bike ride from Dunedin. There are kids bikes here but no adult bikes. I borrowed one from a friend. I attended fitness classes at the community and senior's center. Lots of golf nearby for my husband. We enjoyed the farmer and craft market every Fri and Sat, went to a Jays game, attended Mardi Gras and Clearwater Bluesfest . Lots of shopping nearby . The restaurantswere amazing. We so appreciated being able to bring our dog. Clearwater beach is 5 miles away and Honeymoon beach was even closer. The closest off leash dog beach is 50 minutes away ( Fort Desota). Crest Lake dog park was a 10 min drive so we all had fun! Thanks so much for renting us your place. Ian and Jean Gatineau Quebec
