This bohemian beach themed bungalow has a fun yet calming vibe. With bright accent colors, you are sure to find yourself smiling as you ease into a stress free beach lifestyle. This relaxing retreat is one of only two units available (convenient if you want to bring more friends or family). It was newly remodeled in Spring 2019 with new furniture and stocked with all the comforts of home. SRING 2024 UPDATE: Come and enjoy this recently landscaped paradise that includes a new private outside patio to lounge and enjoy a meal.

Featuring a full kitchen, living room, a king size bed and sofa pull out. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with meticulous attention to detail, soft close drawers, lazy suzan in the corner, a deep farm style sink with a beautiful solid oak wood butcher block counter top plus NEW appliances, including a dishwasher.

This piece of paradise has a side yard area to enjoy while sitting on oversized lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside table for two.

Just steps to white sandy beaches and less than a .5 block to Gulf Boulevard…You are in the main hub of it all; Restaurants, Beach Access, Music, Parks, Pubs, Groceries, Shopping, Yoga, Ice Cream, and More.

Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 4 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 2 pull out sofa beds, and 4 baths. IRB - GETAWAY TRIP
This was perfect for the two of us. We ubered from the airport 20-25 mins depending on traffic. We wanted to drink and eat. We also wanted to sit on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We did not even have to rent a car because of the trolley (which was clean too). The vacation house was great. Clean, just enough room for the two of us. Property owner was super responsive to messaging. There were beach chairs, coolers, washer and dryer. It had everything we needed. It was not in a crowded resort like area which was perfect but it had so much to choose from. I would stay again in a heartbeat! We loved our time in Florida thanks to this location!

Enjoyable Plum Paradise
We stayed for one week at Plum Paradise, and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We were just steps from the beautiful beach and the local restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hurricane Eddies for dinner and drinks which was just a 2 minute walk. This nicely decorated beach cottage had plenty of space for us with a king bed along with an open floor plan with lots of windows to let in lots of light. We love Indian Rocks Beach, and Plum Paradise made our stay very enjoyable!

I sent messages prior and arriving to Bill. Fast response and so kind. We had everything we needed for the beach right there. Items had been taken care of well and usable. It was our first time in the area and everything was easy to maneuver and not crazy busy. It was very clean and comfortable in our home away from home!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. After the spending the first part of week at an Orlando hotel this intimate residence was a relaxing change of pace for enjoying the beach. Quiet and convenient to the beach, we had everything we needed. At first I didn't think much of the provided beach items but having the wagon, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys allowed us to have a great experience as we couldn't bring anything since we were flying.

Perfect trip and location
Me and my wife need a few days away. Smaller home in great location to restaurants, shops, and bar on corner of the street. Just a 3 minute walk to beach. Owner’s supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, cooler, towels and wagon to bring everything to beach. House was clean. Good size for a couple or smaller family. We enjoyed our stay, thanks again.

Great stay for small family.
My Mom and I stayed at this location unit A. It was a nice little private area with great seating outside on the covered carport. Utilizing the beach equipment was very useful. My Mom is almost 70 and the the beach umbrellas made her stay on the beach much more enjoyable. The beach is within steps from the unit. The only issue was getting across the street to the beach. There was not pedestrian crossing where the beach access is and it was difficult walking my mother and beach equipment across the street. The speed limit is only 30mph but not everyone abided by the speed limit, most oncoming traffic was not concerned about pedestrians attempting to cross the street.

Great location
Proximity to beach and restaurants was excellent. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the neighborhood and all that the location had to offer. We really enjoyed the bicycles that were provided as well as all of the beach necessities( umbrella-chairs-wagon-beach towels). The pictures that are provided are a true representation of the property. We would stay there again!

Street is across from public beach access making it a quick walk (also convenient to walk back and forth for bathroom break!). Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Property was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Beach gear and bikes provided which was a bonus. I loved the keyless entry—no worries about keeping track of a key. Property manager was easy to contact and very responsive. This property met our expectations for a small/quaint cottage and laid back beach vacation.
