We have finished totally renovating our home, from the studs out, with new walls, doors, cabinets, furniture, hot tub, etc, after hurricane Helene. We are hosting our first guests on 11-7-24. We're back and better than before!

Our home is nestled along the serene shores of a picturesque lagoon in the highly coveted OZONA and is perfect for a romantic vacation for 2 or a family of 10. Mere minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine splendor of Honeymoon Island State Park, Caladesi Island, and Clearwater Beach.

This tropical paradise offers an year round heated pool, jacuzzi and fire pit.

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, 2 queens and 1 king. Kitchen, family room with fireplace, and hardwood floors except the bedrooms.

Downstairs features a queen room, bath, pull out sofa bed, family room, garage with washer and dryer inside it.

The backyard features a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and dock.

Pets are allowed... though, you are responsible for cleaning up after them!!

World class golf is 10 minutes away at Innisbrook Golf Resort... where they host a PGA tournament. Plus many other golf course are close by. The area also has pickleball and tennis courts.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Dunedin Golf Club. Features include an outdoor pool and 1 hot tub. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a private pool.

Perfect spot!
We are a family of 7 on spring break and this was the perfect location and home. The pool and spa were awesome and very clean. The dock was great for launching the Kayaks which come with the home. The kitchen is well equipped and the location in 5 minutes from the beaches. Highly recommended this home for your family.

Perfect in every way
We had an amazing stay at this perfect property. Everything was clean, operational, and on point. Teen daughter and her friend enjoyed kayaking, the hot tub and pool. We had such a wonderful time for our 2nd straight summer! The backyard is where we spent most of the week and it is paradise. Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and we made plenty of memories with our family! Everything was way more better as I expected. Our last night there was a Friday night we were enjoying our night out back and being very quiet at 9:30 pm and Ofcourse encountered the very rude neighbors next door flashing their lights telling us to shut off lights outside and go inside to bed. By all means the noise level was low but when we refused to go inside the started taking pics of everyone. What that was suppose to do I have no clue they had no permission to take our pics! The told us the cops were coming. They went inside and continued taking pics threw their blinds. I’m. We paid enough for this house they were not going to tell us when to go to bed. Other than that everything was perfect!! Would rent again even with the cranky neighbors! When sent a message to the hosts they were very promptly responding and very sincere! Thank you for a wonderful time.

We rented this home for a family wedding at the Fenway. The location was perfect and the house offered everything! A great week full of fun with our family and the property offers it all! Great pool, hot tub and dock for the fisherman in the group! Centrally located to great restaurants, a short drive to Clearwater beach and downtown Dunedin is charming! The house had everything we needed, plenty of pots and pans and the outdoor kitchen was amazing for a few nights of family barbecues! Lori was fantastic and was always a text away! If I am ever in the area again this is definitely a place I would stay again!

Great property, great location
This was a great property. The heated pool and hot tub were great for a cooler winter stay. A few nights were fairly cold, so we were even able to use the wood burning fireplace, which is a rare feature for Florida. The location of the home is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, but close to local restaurants and honeymoon island. The property owners were also very helpful and responsive when we had any issues.
