IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to damages sustained from Hurricane Helene, the community pool, recreation room, and laundry room are closed due to repairs.

Nestled on the pristine shoreline of Treasure Island, Florida, lies the exquisite Tropic Terrace Condominium Resort. With its prime location at the sandy edge of one of the largest beaches in the area, guests can indulge in breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and soak up the warmth of the Florida sun.

Featuring a distinctive old Florida design, the resort offers a unique collection of vacation suites. It's no wonder Tropic Terrace Condo hotel resort has been the preferred vacation spot for countless visitors, who have returned year after year to relish its charm and warmth.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
A gulf-front condo hotel. Each condominium is individually owned, and each with fully equipped kitchens.

* Taxes are 7% sales and 6% tourism.
* There will be no refunds for early departures.
* No boats or trailers may be parked on the property
* 1 parking space per unit. Additional parking will have to be negotiated with Resort desk before check in date.
* $25.00 lock out or lost key fee.

This place has not been updated in a very long time. The interior was very sparse and cramped with no amenities (not even a lamp in one of the bedrooms).

Great Beach Spot

Our family loved this sweet place to stay near the beach! The unit was the perfect size for a small family and very close to the pool and beach. The location is very convenient to local places with activities and places to eat.

Suitable space

At first entry, it was very musty smelling. I had to get a can of Lysol and keep spraying. Not sure if it was the fabric on the couch, or the A./C filter or unit just not opened up in awhile. The bathtub faucets leak terrible when the water is on, and continues to drip when off. Might need some maintenance on it. But the space was good and location was good.

We loved the property which was clean and well cared for. It was slightly away from the more populated hotels and was smaller and more intimate. It’s older, but clean and had great amenities. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

For starters, this place is nowhere near how big it looks in the listing pictures which was quite unfortunate. It is also very moist in the rooms and smells of mildew. Under the couch was also full of crumbs and lint balls which we wouldn’t have known, but there was no remote in the room so I had to crawl on my hands and knees under the couch. There were also socks in the couch cushions and a white mark that resembled a bodily substance. To make matters even worse, the second to last day I was sitting on the couch when I saw something skittering across the ottoman at a very fast pace. IT WAS A COCKROACH. All in all, this place is quite foul. When we asked the employees about the cleanliness, they said that a deep clean costs more money which isn’t an option for them. The pool and location were nice amenities though :)

Great Spot

Room is exactly as listed. Toilet is close to shower as it shows in picture. Room with king bed is small room and has a damp smell to it. Couch is comfortable and so is the king size bed. Show water gets hot when someone flushes the toilet. Property is clean and so is pool. Decent walk down to the beach. Remember your sandals for your walk down to the beach on a hot day! The sand and concrete will melt your feet!

Nice spot tucked away

It was our first time staying here and we were definitely come back. The location was nice, the grounds and pool was clean, few steps from the beach, and having the boardwalk was nice for a teenager who skateboards. The room did smell like mildew but we were able to go to a nearby store and grab some glade plug-ins so all is well. Would definitely go back!

The property is small but very well kept. Kitchen is outdated but includes the necessary appliances for easy meals . Clean and very comfortable beds. Ideal stay if you want to enjoy the outdoors

Location is great

It was a pleasant stay, the place was clean and room for our family. It was close to the water but if we wanted to stay at the pool that was a great option. The location was easy access for Ubers to take us to all the different activities and restaurants for a decent fare.
