It was a fun, warm and welcoming environment, they had table games and a wonderful lobby area for people to hang out, good breakfast options, a 24 hour snack station with plenty of things to purchase, the room was nice and it was perfect for my one nice stay.

Park farther away from TRU you’ll be alright
It was awesome;however, the parking seemed a bit of a scam. Look I’ve lived in the area for a long time and my mom lives on 5th Ave so I’m very familiar with downtown parking and what it means to park in a 2 hour parking spot, but here’s the thing it was a Sunday evening and I still managed to get a ticket for 27.00 WHY did this still happen I should have never gotten a ticket for the parking spot I did park in….what I think is TRU wants you to pay for the Valet which happens to be 25.00 to park in there special lots cmon guys Hilton you know better!! This small problem should have never happened but because the customer wins one time without having to pay some absurd amount of money to park where your staying is SO NOT CLASSY!!

We had a short stayed and enjoyed the property. The lobby was comfortable and had many games and seating areas to enjoy. Valet was terrible with no self park option. The valet park area was always full and no place to wait for the valet to get the car. The first night we had no hot water and had to take cool showers but morning it was much better. The remote did not work when we arrived but was fixed quickly after a call to the lobby. The room was average, comfortable and we slept well. Nothing fancy but completely fine. Breakfast was better than expected. We had an event at Tropical Field and it was the perfect location and room for one night.

This hotel was great and very affordable! We cannot wait to come back for a long weekend. There are endless shops and restaurants everywhere and I can't wait to use the rooftop pool. We enjoyed our stay so much! Such a cute, ecclect place! Staff was awesome, too! Everyone from front desk to valet were so helpful and very professional.

large room and bathroom, appeared clean, felt safe in the building, the common area around the front desk was nice with games and beer etc. I don't like that they advertise the hotel using the picture of the outdoor patio at night, but by the time the sun goes down they lock it and you cant get in, same with the pool. Then they told us there was a shuttle but there's no schedule and we never saw it, so we had to call an uber. then walk back over a mile... I would not go back. for the price i would just stay somewhere closer to downtown.
