Päivät, joissa parkitaan rannalla ja uidaan Meksikonlahdella, alkavat tällä 2 makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpyhuoneen loma-asunnolla! Asunto muutaman askeleen päässä Indian Rocks Beachiltä sekä lukuisista ravintoloista ja kaupoista. Tämä tyylikkäästi sisustettu huoneisto on täydellinen jopa 7 vieraalle, jotka etsivät pientä R: tä ja Sunshine State -tilaa. Erinomaisella paikalla vastapäätä hiekkarantaa, olet muutaman minuutin päässä Clearwater Beachistä ja St. Pietari loputtomasta hauskasta koko perheelle.

Tämän valoisasti maalatun ja hiljattain remontoidun yksikön sisällä on hauska ranta sisustus, mukavat kalusteet ja välttämättömät mukavuudet, kuten ilmainen WiFi, taulutelevisio, lautapelejä ja pesukoneet.

Jos käveleminen kadun toisella puolella mereneläviä illallisella Original Crabby Bills -laitteella ei kuulosta houkuttelevalta, oleskele ja pilaa suosikki reseptejä kotisi mukavuudesta. Uusien laitteiden ja runsaasti vastatilan avulla aterian valmistelu ei ole koskaan ollut näin helppoa!

Kun levyt on puhdistettu, muista mennä auringonlaskua kävelemään pitkin rantaa, kun katsot auringonlaskua horisontin alapuolella.

Sukella peitteiden alle yöllä silmien väsyessä. Riippumatta siitä, väitätkö makuuhuoneessa olevan queen-vuoteen tai yhden 2 nukkujasohvasta, heräät varmasti herättämään olosi virkeänä.

Pakkaa mukana toimitetut rantatuolit ja rantapyyhkeet ja kävele kadun toisella puolella olevalle rannalle! Tee töitä rusketussasi ja lue kirjasi, kun lapsesi uivat Meksikonlahdella, rakentavat hiekkalinnuja ja etsivät rannalta simpukankuoria.

Lisää rantapäiviä odottaa muutama maili tiellä Clearwater Beachillä! Ripusta hiekalla tai heitä linja laiturilta 60 ja kela joitain kaloja. Clearwaterin meriakvaario on välttämätön kohde kaikille ryhmäsi eläin ystäville!

The location was great! Bathroom smaller than pictures showed but it worked for a few days! Parking was a limited and not easily accessible. Need more signs to make sure that beach goers and restaurant patrons dont park in reserved spot.

Outstanding location!

Could not ask for a better place...steps from the beach (and is not a crowded area due to it being mostly residential). Bathroom was tight and needed updates, but overall a nice beach condo!

Obviously from the hurricane damage there is a little work yet to be done. The unit was ideal for this elderly couple to enjoy the fantastic beach.

Stay on the beach for less

Our three night stay, Feb 17-20, 2025 was positive. This unit is a little dated, but was clean and as advertised. The building is beachfront, but this unit is on the backside, which we knew, but it allowed us to be practically beachfront at a cheaper cost. Fully stocked with beach chairs etc, my only real complaint was that there wasn’t a toaster!

Great location, great condo!

We did a quick weekend trip and everything was great. The place was clean and well equipped with beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, cooler and beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has regular and pod coffee makers and there was even coffee and all the supplies needed! The location was awesome, a few steps from beach and right across street from restaurants and CVS. You will hear daily music from Crabby Bills but we loved the atmosphere. This was a great place for a weekend getaway, would def stay again!!

Short walk to paradise

We stayed during the week of July 4th. When we arrived, the condo was very welcoming-the place was tidy. It was smaller than imagined, but cozy. The shower leaked every time one of us got in it, but we put towels down and just rolled with it. I think it’s because of the style of door. I saw a lot about noise from Crabby Bills…it was not disturbing at all to us nor my three kids (9, 6, 1). Check in and out process is clear and there’s effective communication regarding entry information and all other. The convenience of beach toys, floats, fishing gear, and chairs was top notch!

Excellent condo and location

Everything was fantastic! Nice, clean condo, plenty of supplies, great location. Outside of property could use a little daily maintenance such as hosing off sidewalks and stairs to help with sand tracking into the condo but other than that it was pretty much perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Needs Updating/Inaccurate sleeping description/ Dirty

We stayed in unit 8 which does not face the beach, it faces Gulf blvd across the street from a restaurant with live music until 11 for those with little kids, it did not bother us but may others. There was still popcorn under one of the couches and all the kitchen ware was dirty food still on pans and siverware. The bathroom had a big tall board screwed to the floor, not sure why and one of the chairs at dining room table had duct tape on all 4 legs. The spare room that stated 2 twin beds was not accurate at all. The mattresses we're single not twin, the top frame looked like it could have held a full mattress, it had a good 6-8 inches of space around it. The trundle had a good 4 inches of space around the frame. Room was very tiny not sure how both beds were to fit in the room and still be able to get out the door. No place to sit your things either. The room needed like a bunk bed to fit better. It was great, being right by the beach, and lots of areas to walk to do things, and eat but overall I would not stay here again.

Small Place

The place is a nice small place would only want to stay as a couple or a couple and small kids no more than two. Note the place is at the end of the building and is one of two places with no balcony. Currently, there is no toaster, and the shower has a small leak. Also, the parking place for this condo was at the end close to the street. One other issue for older people is this condo has 17 steps to the door which some may have an issue with. The place is close to the road and Crabby Bill's is right across the street and is loud from about 6 pm to 9 pm or so but was not an issue for us.

Beach vacation success!

The space was in a great location on the beach. Checkin was easy and we got in a bit earlier that expected which was great! Plenty of space for two people and well equipped kitchen, beach items and had all supplies we needed. Would have liked the second bedroom to have more than a daybed trundle. We used it to store our luggage and clothes but wouldn't be very functional for adult guests. Only real challenge was the bathroom was very tight space getting in and out of shower. Would still come back again!!!

Enjoyed our Stay

Very nice and responsive host! Any issues were addressed promptly! The location is great! The beach is wonderful. There are shops and restaurants all around. CVS is right across the street . The unit faces the street and there is no balcony, but it is an easy walk around the small building to get to the very pleasant sitting area facing the gulf. Also being in the front and upstairs adds to your privacy. The beach is then just yards away. The place is charmingly decorated. We enjoyed the paintings. There are games and lots of beach things. We enjoyed our stay very much!!! You can hear the music from Crabby Bills as people have said but it did not bother us at all. And it does end promptly at 9 or 10 at the latest. Often we enjoyed it. We would stay here again!

Great Location

Right on the beach and right across the street from a nice restaurant and an Alice cream parlor. The house was well stocked with beach supplies, towels, all kinds of extras. Had no issues with the house. Great stay!

Stayed here with my husband and our two children (10 and 15). First the pros: The unit was a comfortable size. Check-in was a breeze, they sent me an email well before check-in with all the information that I needed. The unit was clean and had all the things that we’d need from toilet paper , to beach chairs and toys and towels. There were games and dvds available for use as well . The location is within walking distance of many restaurants. The cons: this unit is located on a very busy road that is very noisy all times of the day and night. As many others have mentioned you really need either a box fan or noise machine to drown out the noise. Also there are no curtains on the windows and it is very bright in both bedrooms during the night so makes it hard to rest . Our stay was okay, but I wouldn’t book this particular unit again.

I think this place was fine for the price. The place wasn’t quite as crisp and nice as the pictures show. A noise machine is recommended to cover up the music from across the street (which wasn’t horribly loud or horribly late - just annoying). The location is nice in that it is walkable to a CVS which had good grocery supplies and there are several restaurants right there.

Disappointing to say the least

I will start off by saying that Paula was immediate to respond to all of the emails I sent her. Our stay started off great with Paula allowing us access to the place before the agreed upon check in time. This was great because we had arrived very early and were exhausted! Upon arrival, the floors were very dirty and had loose change scattered around. After showering, our feet were immediately black from walking on the tile floors. The shower had mold and the floor in the shower was very slimy. I contacted Paula and she immediately responded saying she would send her cleaner back the next morning. The cleaner arrived the next morning, but only had supplies to clean the shower. My sister found a roach in her bedroom that I thought was dead. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up, it began scurrying around the room with me desperately trying to kill it. I messaged Paula and she scheduled for the pest guys to come the next day. We are from Iowa so we are not used to cockroaches unless you live in very dirty conditions. After the pest guys came, we continued to find 3 more bugs (2 of them roaches) in the kitchen. I reached out to Paula and she apologized immensely. We could not figure out how to get the TV to work. It had 4 remotes and my 17 year old niece could not even make sense of it. Paula noted there was an outage due to weather, but the next day it still wasn't working. She sent the cleaner back out who determined the cable box was bad. We went to WalMart and purchased a Roku which Paula asked if we would be willing to leave for future guests. Overall, Paula was a very responsive host, but for the money, we were vastly disappointed. This was my first vacation in 10 years and my sister and nieces first time to the ocean.

Independents Square Stay

I have been all over Florida and have stayed in alot of places but this one will be our family's annually stay for our summer trip. Why? Because everything is there for you as in cooking, kitchen,bathroom, beds, and the views your own private beach access. The hole experience for my wife and kids was on another level and they loved it.

Great place for families. Close walk to the ocean

We loved the spacious kitchen/living room with our 3 kids we had place to relax and play as well as cook and eat all of our meals during our stay. Though the condo doesn’t face the beach the ocean is steps away which is a must with kids and having to lug items down to the beach. We loved that there were chairs, towels, beach toys all provided. Everything we needed to enjoy a day playing in the sand. If you are a light sleeper a sound machine/white noise app is a must as the traffic and music from Crabby Bills is very loud and walls aren’t insulated. It didn’t bother our trip, but might be helpful to other families. We loved that there was a washer and dryer so we could pack less clothes and also wash our swim suits. The place was clean and the owner was quick to respond when I emailed with a question before our trip. We definitely recommend this place.
