Erinomainen upea 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy 6. kerroksen Madeira Beach Gulf Front -huoneisto Villa Madeiralla, jolla on suuret suojatut parvekkeet. Mikään ei sano lepoa ja rentoutumista paremmin! Nauti omalta parvekkeelta upeat näkymät rannalle ja auringonlaskuille Meksikonlahden yli. Laaja näkymä Meksikonlahdelle. Niin lähellä vettä kuulet aaltojen kaatumisen. Yksikössä # 605 on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, sisustettu Tommy Bahama -tyyliin, ja se tarjoaa TV: n, pääsyn parvekkeelle ja oma kylpyhuone. Villa was nice. The extras that the owner provided were perfect. Cooler, chairs sand pales, boogie boards too. Also not broken. Several other visitors complained that chairs and boogie boards broken. This owner is on top of the customer service and extras. Location is good. Easy to get to. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Great Condo to consider
We are a family of 6 (my hubby and I, 12yo son, 19yo daughter and her boyfriend, and 80yo mom). There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were crowded. Condo has everything you think you might need and then some. ALL the beach gear (coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie and skim boards, sand toys, and some sports balls). Only thing not there was a wagon to haul it all-which we bought at Walmart for $80 and we taped it back up in the box to fly it home with us. Area was very relaxed (Clearwater looked to be a hot mess)…and there were several places within walking distance (John’s Pass was less than 1 mile away). Plenty of pillows and towels and blankets. Bed were soft but that is very much a personal preference. Only downside I have is elevator is slow, but we have experienced that at other condos and isn’t this specific owners fault. Beach was great-never crowded and all parties pretty much had unobstructed view the whole week. We would definitely stay here again.

Three old ladies getaway.
We are 3 widows age 70+. I lived in Tampa for 18 years. The condo was perfect. We spent our awake time on the wonderful screened balcony, when not out and about. We found everything we needed to be comfortable. Great restaurants all around. We enjoyed walking the beach and sitting by pool. All was good.

Clean with great location

Great Property
Fantastic location. Amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony. Unit was very clean. Close to dining and shopping. Amazing water and private, uncrowded beach. A little cramped for 6 people, but parties of 4 would be more than comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean condo, Great location, fantastic view
This property was fantastic! I absolutely loved the view of the ocean, the location was perfect, and the condo was well stocked and comfortable. Coffee shop on the corner, candy store across the street, groceries and shopping less than 5 min drive! My only negative was that the 3rd room with twin beds was a little disappointing that you couldn’t pull out the trundle unless the door was closed. So we didn’t use it because there is no way to come and go with it in use. The couch worked fine for the little one but keep this in mind if you need that extra bed.

Excellent stay
This condo was everything we needed for an excellent stay. The view from the condo is amazing but with the master on the ocean side made it even better. The only thing that is kind of a pain especially if you have multiple people is making sure you have a key to get in to any of the gates or doors that lead to the beach, pool, and elevator. But overall we are very happy with this property and condo.

Fantastic location
Positives: This location absolutely can’t be beat! Step off the patio directly onto the beach! Sweet Brewnettes across the street has wonderful coffee and breakfast. Candy Kitchen across the street has homemade ice cream and real hot fudge and every candy you could ever want! Two 7-11 stores in walking distance (One is 0.3mi south, but does not have Slurpees! If you want Slurpees, the store 0.7mi north has them!). Caddy’s is just a few buildings away and has waterfront, outdoor dining. The beds were comfortable as far as vacation bedding goes (not like home, but much more comfortable than the average vacation bed). The building is VERY well maintained! Even on Thanksiving day the elevator and landings were vacuumed. The building was very secure, keys are needed at all entrances and to access the beach and the pool. Negatives: The property management company says emailed is preferred, but didn’t respond to my emails. At check out, they emailed to ask us what time we would be departing and to notify them of any items needing repair by replying to that email, but the email bounces back saying not to email that address. The master shower handle barely works - this was reported in a review in October but has not been fixed. My mom wasn’t strong enough to turn the broken handle and could only shower when we were home to turn it off and on for her. The kitchen appears well stocked, but many of the items are broken or in ill repair (none of the blenders worked, the dishwasher did not clean dishes well and many items needed to be hand washed after running through the dishwasher). The floor is tile and the should be light gray/cream grout was pure black through the entire condo except in no-traffic areas. The second bathroom shower tile had a lot of mildew in the grout. I spent the first half of the stay debating if I should pick up borax to clean to be able to truly relax. The company cleaning might charge more to deep cleaning the grout, but the condo could really use it. We would return to Villa Madeira for the location, but would look for a different condo or would want to see this thoroughly cleaned.

Just steps to the ocean shore
Right on the gulf. No streets to cross. Clean property all around. We had an amazing view of the gulf. Not a crowded area. Restaurants within walking distance. This unit had nice furniture and a super well stocked kitchen.

It was just okay for me
I have stayed at a lot of places and I would have to say it was just okay for the price. Would really be nice if the complex had coded doors so you didn’t have to go pick up a key and carry it around and then worry about who had keys. Only having two keys was hard for a family with teens. Floors in condo were not cleaned well, doorknob was off one of the inside doors of bathroom and just lying on counter, doorknob fell off closet door first time I opened it, toilet paper holder pulling out of wall. Living room furniture not comfortable. I will say management offered to come and fix everything on Monday. 3rd bedroom not the most ideal room. So overall, it was okay. Kitchen was stocked with lots of stuff so we didn’t have to buy much. Location was good.! They did text me as soon as it was ready so we were able to get in an hour early.

They have everything at the condo I packed way too much like chairs and boogie boards and sand toys. Right on the beach which we love. Walking distance to John’s pass. We always went there.
