Westwinds Paradise:

Westwinds Paradise Beach -talomme sijaitsee erinomaisessa aidatussa yhteisössä, jossa on vain seitsemän kotia ja joka on lepää Meksikonlahden rannalla.

Out loma-asunto on upea neljän makuuhuoneen neljän kylpyhuoneen lomakoti, jossa on 3 tasoa ja 3100 neliömetriä. (Nauttimistasi on kaksi isäntäsviittiä.)

Tämä on kiistatta yksi Indian Rocks Beachin kauneimmista kodeista. Tässä upeassa kodissa on hyväpalkkainen kalustus ja hämmästyttävä huomiota yksityiskohtiin.

Lomamökimme koostuu kahdesta isäntäsviitistä, 3 king-size-vuodesta, 1 queen-size-vuoteesta, 2 vyöryvuoteesta (4 kaksoset) - 12 vieraan mukavaan majoitukseen.

Westwinds Paradise -kodin päätaso koostuu Master-sviitistä, jossa on king-size-vuode ja Trundle-sänky (2 kaksoset), oma kylpyhuone ja pääsy uima-altaalle. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat myös ensimmäisellä tasolla.

Toinen taso koostuu yllättävän suuresta oleskelutilasta, ruokailutilasta ja keittiöstä. Toisella tasolla on myös puoli kylpyamme.

Ruokapöydässä jopa 8 paikkaa, buffetpöytä sivuseinällä. Keittiö / ruokasali on erotettu olohuoneesta keittiötiskillä, jossa on neljä jakkaraa.

Siellä on hieno sekoitus eleganssia ja yksinkertaisuutta. Olohuoneessa on upea pakopaikka rentoutua ja katsella elokuvaa rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen. Olohuoneen toisella tasolla on iso parveke.

Tämän kauniin kodin kolmas taso on toisin kuin mitä olet koskaan nähnyt, koska siinä on kaksi täyttä makuuhuonetta, yksi kylpyhuone ja toinen isäntäsviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone.

Tässä toisessa master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, vyöry (2 kaksoset), hänen ja hänen Kalifornian kaapinsa, 37 "taulutelevisio ja pääsy toiseen suurelle parvekkeelle. Tässä mahtavassa kylpyhuoneessa on suuri poreallas ja suuri suihkuhuone.

Myös kolmannella tasolla löydät kolmannen ja neljännen makuuhuoneen. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, Kalifornian vaatekaappi ja 21-tuumainen taulutelevisio. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kalifornialainen vaatekaappi. Nämä kaksi makuuhuonetta jakavat kylpyhuoneen.

Great Family vacation
This property worked great for our family. It provided plenty of space for each couple and kids to spend time together and have their own privacy at night or whenever needed. The beach was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Great stay, gorgeous beach and property
Our stay was amazing. The property is just as described. There was enough room for all 12 of us. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was gorgeous. Local food was fantastic and waits were not long. I highly recommend Keegan’s Seafood! YUM! The local rental company was super easy to work with and manager was able to answer all our questions or needs fast. For sure would rent with this property management company again. House was clean and had everything we needed:) Joiane was amazing as a contact. Very knowledgeable and super great to work with. Only issue we had was getting our cars in and out of the garage as the owners of the house across from us always had guests parked outside of their garage. We did not even notify the rental property as we just managed and made it work. Great House, company and beach. Highly recommend.

House was great for a large group. Just a couple things some of the tv’s couldn’t get to work in bedroom’s. Iceemaket kept jamming and some of the burners on stove didn’t work. But we managed Other than those couple things it was great.

Love Indian Rocks Beach
Love the area of Indian Rocks Beach. Really close to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin and all the beaches south. House is as advertised. Plenty of room for 9 adults. Parking can be a bit tight but we made it work.

It was a great location. We did have problems with the air conditioning upstairs and maintenance never came to check on it. Otherwise, it was convenient to the beach. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs.

Overall it was a great time and we enjoyed the location to the beach for sure!
A few things were a little disappointing, the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work, the wine cooler fridge didn’t work and there were no spices or coffee or laundry detergent so we had to buy everything, in the past there is always some there at least spices and laundry pods at most places we’ve rented!

Close to beach and perfect accommodations!
We had Grandma and Grandpa in king bedroom son and daughter-in-law with 6 and 8 year old in bungalow, daughter and son-in-law with 2 year old in queen bedroom and small bedroom with packnplay and trundle. Inside very good stocked kitchen and even some toys for 2 year old. Outside beautiful pool, covered patio with beautiful landscaping, small refrigerator and ice machine and huge TV. We lived outside almost all day and night. So close to walk to beach. Went there alot in the mornings and every night for sunset. Perfect family vacation spot!

We loved the house, very close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We had a problem with the shared bathroom sink upstairs, very slow to drain, therefore very hard to use for the 4 of us. Problem was never resolved and it was reported the first full day after arrival. That was the only disappointment, otherwise a great house.

Great location and quiet beach
Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect location for a quiet beach getaway with friends or a young family - it's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the youthful, spring break crowds of Clearwater Beach. I recently stayed here with forty something friends from college. The home is as described, but it is in need of some minor touch ups. I suppose it's busy and hard to get in there to make the updates, but some touch up paint and heavy cleaning would be great. The kitchen had a wine fridge, which was great, but it didn't work. The regular drip coffee pot didn't work, but there was a Keurig as a back up and a cute coffee shop .3 miles away. Upstairs AC (where 3 bedrooms are) doesn't get really cold, so in the dead of summer, I can see how it would be humid/warm in those rooms. The note attached to the AC also says you can't turn it below 75, which seems unreasonable for FL. The pool is small, but it's meant for cooling off after a day at the beach and not for doing laps or playing with kids - just know that going in. We did not pay to heat it and found it to be very refreshing and clean. The beach chairs and garage fridge were a great touch that we appreciated. We did have two service people come to the house while we were there - one to repair a toilet and another to do an inspection - the property manager made us aware both times, just a minor inconvenience. It would be great if the front door had a keypad entry because as is, the only way to get into the house is through the garage (keypad entry). There are no cookie sheets in the kitchen, but other than that, it came well stocked with pots, pans, and everything else, including salt & pepper. The house was also well stocked with paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap in bathrooms, and some toiletries (shampoo, soap) - they were just missing from one of the upstairs bathrooms. It's a great house with beautiful views and a great location to restaurants - Guppy's is .7 miles away, Casa Italia is practically across the street, Cafe de Paris .3 miles away, and Salt Public House .9 miles away - all very walkable and pedestrian friendly. I would recommend this house for sure - just know that's it not in pristine condition, but it was clean.

Excellent stay!
We stayed here during a family vacation and absolutely loved it! There was so much space for everyone to find their own space and we loved the two balcony areas. The pool was small and very cold because we didn’t pay to heat it during our May vacation. I would recommend heating it if you have small children. Beach access was very close and great restaurants within walking distance. We had a great trip here!

Steps from the beach
This property is the perfect spot for a large family to spend time at the ocean. The double master suite worked great for multiple adult family members with children, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. The property manager, however, needs to be replaced by a company that actually cares. Hopefully the owner reads this review and takes action, as I would be upset as an owner if I was paying for a property manager that is about a 3 out of 10 in quality. They are difficult to get ahold of when you have an issue (broken dishwasher), and then leave you to guess if it will be repaired for the rest of the week due to lack of follow up; not a single call back. I definitely did not enjoy trying to track them down when I should have been relaxing on the beach.

Absolutely beautiful!
We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. Very cute exterior. Pool is small. We cooked in a few times, lots of good restaurants close by. It is 3 stories tho so lots of steps to climb.
