Check in was very poor. Arrived at 8pm. All doors locked. Rang bell no response. Guest with card key let me in. Rang bell at front desk. Check in person was somewhat rude. Had to spell my name 3 times before she could find it. Rooms have kitchen with refrigerator but there was no ice in freezer. No ice machines.Room door lock took mutiple attemps before it would open although the light flashed green. Suppost to have breakfast but food all gone at 9:30 am. Would never stay at one of these properties again.

The wardrobe looked like a dog chewed it out at the edges, bed was very uncomfortable, and the only chair in the room had weird discoloration
