This 3 BR 2 BA, beautiful, fully renovated, second floor condo is for you. Located in the Ocean Walk Complex, you can easily walk or ride your bike to Pier Village, St. Simon’s Lighthouse, Mallery Park, the beach, restaurants and bars, and stunning views of sunrise or sunset! Enjoy tennis or pickle ball right outside your door, or take advantage of two swimming pools, one of which is heated. Perfect for your dog with a dog run next to the tennis/pickleball courts or a public dog park to let your four-legged family member socialize while on vacation as you relax. Enjoy the charm of live oak trees in the secluded back yard right from the balcony. Grill/BBQ right outside the building under the shade of a live oak tree with picnic table.

For those who cannot completely unplug, high speed internet is available for work or to stream shows from your favorite apps on one of four TVs (one in each bedroom) or to let the kids play their favorite video games.
