Welcome to SSI...near Pier, Village and Beach!

Beautiful non-smoking 3 bedroom townhome located in Ocean Walk, right across one of the pools in complex! Ocean Walk is located right on Mallery Street and has most amenities of any condo complex on the island. It’s located less than a mile from Pier Village. In the village you’ll find the visitor center, Neptune Park, the Tidal Beach, the Pier, the Lighthouse, PuttPutt, Water Park, shopping galore, lots of live entertainment, and plenty of delicious restaurants and pubs. 15 min walk to the pier, allowing great access, to the near round places! Beach access about a 5 min drive, and it’s amazing allowing you to ride your bike everywhere, and see such a beautiful island. Ocean walk is a great place, having 2 pools, park, tennis courts, clubhouse, everyone’s needs to have fun. Pet friendly also, so you can bring all your pet needs! We fell in love with SSI on our first visit on the island in 2005. It was love at first sight! Our unit has a semi open concept kitchen with granite tops , gorgeous new floors and new bathroom makeovers. Our patio only gets morning sunshine; it’s a very quite, private, and peaceful place to relax. This three bedroom unit sleeps 6, has 2.5 baths and is a two-story townhome. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a king in the master with its own private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has two twins beds. Both rooms share a half bath with tub/shower. There is also a pull out sofa in the family room that will sleep 2 if desired. We have beach towels, beach chairs, along with boogie boards and an umbrella for your convenience. Our place is also pet friendly, WITH RESTRICTIONS. We will consider dogs under 50 pounds. We have a $125 pet fee, if needed, as an additional cleaning . Unauthorized pets will mean a forfeited security deposit.

Spring break trip
This was a great property for a family of 6. Unit was clean and had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed using bikes provided. Pools walkable distance from unit. We were thankful to be able to take our dog. Dog park short walk from condo too.

Nice Area. Great Location.
The owner communication was great. The unit is in a nice quiet complex. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. If you don’t mind a short walk, the village and the golf course (we were there for the RSM Classic) are accessible without a car. If we attend the tournament again next year, we’d be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay
This home is ideal for a fun trip to St. Simons. It is walking distance to the downtown area and pier. We rented a golf cart and took that to the beach. There is a nearby park as well. The home had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to towels, etc. I would stay here again. It's a great place.

We’ll Be Back!!
We came down for a wedding and little family weekend getaway and we not disappointed. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with more than we expected! Communication was quick and easy. We had some AC issues but they were resolved immediately! The pools were great but wouldn’t recommend the playground set. It’s old and not cared for and there were so many ant hills we had to leave before the kids got eaten up but that’s not the homeowners fault at all. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to next time!

The townhome was very clean and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Very quite location. The pool was clean and well kept. Everything was within a short drive. Not as close to the beach as I anticipated. I always love walking places while on vacation. Didn’t feel able to here but still a great place.

Awesome Place to Visit
Awesome experience all round. Perfectly accommodated 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. We had everything we needed and more in the kitchen/living accommodations. The hosts were friendly and responded to texts very quickly. I would actually say the photos don’t do the property justice. It seemed more modern, brighter, cleaner and more stylish in person. Great location in St. Simons Island and close drive to Jekyll Island.

Beautiful, clean and comfy. Close to the beach and attractions. Outfitted with the family in mind. Games provided for all ages. My Grandsons loved throwing the football in the backyard. They also enjoyed the heated pool. Plenty of space and the decor was full of beach vibes. For those wondering - everything was exactly as listed on VRBO. Our hosts were also very accommodating in allowing us to change our dates when Hurricane Ian was threatening the Georgia coast. Look forward to the next getaway. Labor day get away
This was the perfect unit for our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs! Cute little kitchen area and very handy having the bikes available to use. There was a light show projected on the lighthouse each night commemorating its 150th year, which was really neat. Love SSI and the Oceanwalk neighborhood!
