I don't recommend this place its false advertisement the picture online are old, our 5 day stay with no hot water, mildew, rotten furniture, building structures unsafe, bad parking, mildew smell in the room, as a couple they put us in a 2 queen room when i sak for a king bed, no phone in the room we had to use our personal cell to contact the front office, there was no refrigerator and when i asked for one the employee went and took one out of another room but it would not keep anything cold. Too many stray cats on the property, no surrounding maintenance.

Upon ARRIVAL we were told the Bar/Restaurant is CLOSED and would have to walk or PAY a taxi to go to another location to Dine for EVERY MEAL for our entire 4 day stay. Had to move to another room due to leaking toilet, with sewer and rusty water running in plumbing lines and half of the electrical outlets not working, into a room with the shower handle missing and told to just use my hands to turn the water on and off!! The Fitness Room had 3 pieces of equipment with 1 out of order. Could not enjoy the OCEAN VIEW from the balcony due to how the A/C exhaust fan was mounted and blowing hot air directly on you! The room furniture is antiquated!. Needless to say I should have received a rate deduction simply for our inconvenience and lack of ADVERTISED amenities. I definitely would not recommend or stay at this RESORT in the future!

I couldn’t get wifi in my room i had to leave my room and go to the close kitchen to get the wifi, all so when i booked my hotel it said it had breakfast and when i got there they said it was closed, that was very disappointing.

We were not made aware that the restaurant on the property was shut down. The walk to the beach was extreme. The pools on the property were very dirty hair and bugs everywhere. The vending machines on the property were empty. You had a walk all the way to Emerald Beach just to get food or to swim, had I been a diabetic or someone with disability? I would’ve been trapped in a room with no access to food or beach. Had to melt ice cubes for drinking water. Ridiculous

I enjoyed my stay I would recommend the property the staff was amazing. The hotel was dated in some areas but it is still a great vibe.The views were amazing ,stay on the 2nd floor and watch the sun rise and set.
