Kaksi rantaa pääsee lomakohteen eteen. Kävele Cokin rannalle ja Korallimaailmaan lahden toisella puolella. Yhden mailin päässä suositusta Lindquist Beachistä. Vesiurheilu, uima-altaat, kuntosali ja kylpylä ovat kaikkien käytettävissä. Cokin rannalla on saaren parhaita ja suosituimpia snorklausta. Muut hieno valkoisen hiekkarannat alle mailin päässä. Magens Bay, joka on arvioitu yhdeksi maailman kymmenestä rannasta, on vain muutaman mailin päässä.
Mahogany Run -golfkenttä, josta on upeat näkymät saarille ja vesille, on myös vain muutaman mailin päässä lomakeskuksesta.

Kiinteistön palveluihin kuuluvat kolme makean veden uima-allasta, 15 hehtaarin saaren suojelualue, tenniskentät, luontopolut, huvimajat, Pineapple Beachin polut, luonnonkauniit näkökohdat, lyhyt kävelymatka Sugar Beachille, snorkkeli-alue ja paljon muuta!

Kiinteistön 3 uima-allasta sisältää yhden vain 50 askeleen päässä rannalla sijaitsevan rantabaarin ja ritilän vieressä.
Lomakeskuksen yläosassa on myös uima-allas, joka on yleensä hiljaisempi upeista näkymistä!

Ainutlaatuinen ja helppo pääsy tämän huoneiston sisäänkäynnille tekee pääsyn vähemmän liikkuville. Matkatavaroiden kuljettaminen sisään ja ulos on myös helppoa, koska etuovi on vastapäätä pysäköintialuetta.

Great time at point Pleasant
the property is in a great location near red Hook. The view is beautiful. This particular property was easy to access with parking right in front. If you can't walk stairs, this place is not for you actually St. Thomas isn't for you. It's very hilly here, but all the steps were worth it. Better choice than staying at Margaritaville. Our restaurant was so good and you didn't hear music playing all the time or feel like you were at a big resort. Very nice pool and amenities at the condo.we didn't interact with condo staff lot but property manager was very responsive.

Excellent location, but unit updates needed
The resort property is a great one. Unlike most resorts that are too manicured, Point Pleasant is lush with vegetation. I also like that is has three pools, two restaurants, access to two beaches, and laundry facilities. The unit is fairly comfortable. It has probably one of the best balconies in terms of views and privacy, but there are some items that are in need of repair/maintenance. Other reviews are correct in that the unit is not really updated. The king size bed is quite comfortable, but the curtains separating the bedroom from the living space don't provide complete privacy, so better if your party is a small one. We just had our small daughter with us, so it was fine. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, and the bathroom is clean. The laundry facilities are located up a hill from the unit and are coin operated (with a change machine there). If we were to come back to St Thomas, this resort location would be a top choice to stay again.

Great Location, Well Stocked
This condo is in a great central location for a ton of activities: Coral World, Coki beach, Sapphire beach, the ferry to St John and excursions for fishing, snorkeling and parasailing are all within 10-15 minutes. The resort is well layed out. The view from the condo is amazing. The condo is well stocked so you don’t need to go out and buy paper towels, dish soap, shampoo etc…. There are a ton of extra towels and things like beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys you can use. More unique, there isn’t a huge cleaning list when you leave. We would happily stay here again.

My vacation property was substandard at best. The unit needs many improvements, renovations and maintenance such as a fresh coat of paint, a comfortable mattress, updated kitchen, updated cabinets throughout, replace bedroom curtains, replace rusted light fixtures, bathroom renovation including an updated shower, new furniture, replace cheap paper blinds and land scaping at front entrance. In summary, the property needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to acceptable/expected standards. When you go on vacation you want to walk into an environment that is elegant, well maintained and up to date. If your only requirements for your vacation stay is a bed, bathroom and running water then this vacation property is for you. However, if you have higher expectations for a vacation property, then I would recommend other alternatives. The best thing about this unit was the view which most of these units have.

Phenominal views and great resort
We had a great time staying here for 11 nights. Very relaxing/chill place with many pools to try. Be prepared for lots of stairs as resort is on the side of a hill and the occasional power outage is a given with hurricane territory. Views are awesome from so many different spots on the resort. Restaurants on the water, beaches, and could probably walk to Coral World, which is a must for sea lion, dolphin, and shark encounters. Red Hook a 5m drive and has Senor Pizza, a great bistro (best prime dips we've ever had), and the ferry to St John. Spent a lot of time on the patio watching the wildlife (turtles, iguanas, etc) or the stars. Unit is in good shape overall considering what we paid to stay. A few little things with age/use that the owner is aware of and working to improve like the stove (slow oven heat/inconsistent top burner function). We were on island time so slowness didn't bother us and anything else wasn't critical to our enjoyment. Furniture/bed comfortable and clean linens/towels provided. Hot water quick. AC was wonderful. Robert is very responsive to emails and kept us posted on maintenance activities, like power outages. Very pleased with the conversations and support provided. Would recommend checking kitchen out before heading to the grocery store as we ended up needing a few things like cooking spray and tin foil pans. Resort shop has a small selection of food/drinks, if needed. Overall, we would absolutely stay again and would recommend to friends!

This location had a great view.. the property manager is very responsive.. the only issue we had was the cleanliness.. when we arrived the entire villa smelled like mildew and old.. turns out the bedding was the issue and the shower head needs to be changed out.. i didn't use the shower head the entire stay.. overall great amenities and location

Wonderful privacy and view.....
I love Point Pleasant and have been there several times. It never gets old!! Great little restaurant at waterfront. The unit was perfect although could use new outdoor furniture. Otherwise, the owner and manager were very accessible. I would recommend if you decide to check out late, let Bernadette know a few days ahead so she can plan properly!!

We had a great 2 weeks here. The location of the condo was perfect for exploring the island. So close to red hook for the restaurants and the ferries. The balcony was peaceful and serene. One of the lounge chairs was broken and there are definitely updates needed inside but most everything worked. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Loved staying at Robert's condo in Point Pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you'd expect in a home. The patio has a wide, expansive view of the bay and islands. The view and sounds were spectacular. Was there for every sunrise and sunset. In fact, that's all i remember from the trip. ;)

Disappointing stay
Over priced for the value. Noisy when there’s strong winds. The noise comes from the side next to the bed. Some panels along the exterior wall are loose. The last 4 days there was constant hammer drilling in a condo 2 floors below. It vibrated upwards to our condo and the echo was deafening. We could not hold a conversation between by us or on the phone. The last day water was shut off without warning and we had no water to wash our face, cook breakfast, or brush our teeth. When we stripped our bed linens, we found gross stains on the mattress cover. We told owner about these items and he was not willing to compensate for the inconvenience. Won’t recommend or revisited.

Delighted
Although the condo was a little dated and could have used some upgrades (one of the chairs on the balcony was broken and we couldn't get some of the ceiling fans to come on), I was still delighted overall with my stay. The location is perfect, and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Both of the restaurants at the resort were nice as well. I will certainly book this place for my next USVI vacation.

I will miss the view, quiet and comfortable location.
Good communication ahead of arrival, easy check in and well equipped condo for our stay. Location was convenient to Red Hook where we took the ferry to St. John for a day, shopped and had laundry service done. Unfortunately the laundry room on site is being renovated until the end of July and I planned to do laundry because we traveled from another destination prior to arriving on the island. The front desk directed us to the nearest place, one garbage bag cost us $30 to have full service laundry done because the facility was very small and limited for self use. Just an FYI we were unable to utilize the nearest beach at Margaritaville resort because the sargassum seaweed was so bad, unsightly and smelly however just a short walk around that is Coki Beach and we did spend an afternoon there. You must have a form of transportation to get anywhere on the island, we did not rent a car but it was easy to get taxis to/from the resort. The view was incredible and unfortunately we were not able to try the restaurants on site however we did hear good reviews of both. Overall we were pleased with our first visit and would like to return again someday.

What a great place to stay
The property is ideally located and the view is to die for. If I were to visit again, I would definitely stay here. Robert was very responsive and a great host. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. It is a studio with a bed overlooking the water. Excellent all around.

Rental exceeded our expectations and the view was absolutely epic. Condo was fine, clean and no major issues. We lost power (island issue not condo related) and the owner was super helpful in helping us navigate during the short power outage. Would recommend.

Point Pleasant Relaxation
We had a great host! The location was fantastic and the views great. The property is a little “tired” but for the cost it was perfect! Would definitely come back here again! Close to Red Hook is a bonus….. great bars and restaurants! Watching the tarpon at the restaurant on the water was awesome!

A Week in Paradise
Point Pleasant Resort was a great location walking distance to Coki Beach and a short taxi ride to Red Hook restaurants and shops. The view from our unit was amazing. The pools were quiet and relaxing. We loved climbing the stairs up and down the hills for exercise in the morning. We would definitely stay there again.
