The Pink Palm provides its guests with an attractive hotel in the center of Charlotte Amalie, which makes it possible for guests to walk round town and avoid taxis. Each room is unique in its design. Many have lovely views of the harbor, as do the many patios. Equally important, maybe more important, the staff goes above-and-beyond. Anything we wanted appeared quickly and was presented enthusiastically.

Amazing view and amenities but parking is difficult to find and Google map is misleading. They need to more emphatically discourage renting a car, or find a parking spot somewhere downhill

Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful accommodations. Food is outstanding though very high price. Only small complaint is the staff are noisy around the pool. Love happy people but the noise level is unnecessary

This property is so fabulous! The staff and owners are very attentive, and every detail is made to make the guests’ experience relaxing and luxurious. The property is beautiful, and the restaurant’s food was superior! They even found a special treat with a firework candle for my sister’s anniversary We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time at The Pink Palm! Staff was so friendly and nice. I really appreciated the text updates throughout our stay! The grounds were very well kept and cute! It was a big buggy so it was so great that there were bug zappers in each room.

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. Great value for money, stylish chic and cute hotel in town. Kind staff and great service, amazing views, and the negative reviews about the steps are ridiculous! Nothing crazy. Two cons to consider: it is in downtown but downtown isn’t very popping, maybe worth staying in a different area. Breakfast was very very minimal - needs improvement.
