Centrally situated just over a 5 minutes walk from Stamford town Centre and main attractions, this stylish, spacious 4-storey house consists of 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, large kitchen & living room with a sofa bed, a 50" TV, as well as a mezzanine level area with sofa bed, desk & chair, and patio doors leading out to roof terrace. Other features include a dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and air conditioning and wifi throughout the property. All towels & bed linen provided. Access to the entire property is provided, except the ground floor garage area.

Ground floor
- Utilities room with sink, washing machine / tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

First Floor
- Two large spacious bedrooms are both fitted with double built-in wardrobes.
- One bedroom consists of a king sized bed with chaise Longue, the other bedroom consists of a zip link bed which has the option of being set up as 2 twin beds or one king sized double bed.
-Spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath, and double shower.

Second Floor
- On this floor there is a very large kitchen and dining area, with 6-seater dining table, lounge with large sofa and 50" TV, providing a great space to socialise and interact.

Mezzanine Level
- Above the lounge is a mezzanine level with 3-seater sofa, desk & chair, also patio doors leading out to a private roof terrace. This is a great spot to tuck yourself away and work peacefully, or just to relax and unwind after the day's activities.

Other Details to Note
- This property is situated in a highly desired residential area of Stamford. We would request no parties to be held at the property and to be mindful of other residents in the area. Thank you.
- The sofa bed is under a skylight and as such lets the light in well in the morning. If you’d prefer to not be disturbed as much as possible by this light, we’d recommend a sleep mask.
