Nestled on one of Maine's largest, cleanest, and deepest lakes, this never-before-sold gem boasts 150 feet of waterfront, including docks, a breakwater wall, and a sandy swimming area. Enjoy breathtaking 180-degree Westerly views of Mount Washington and beyond from this 1950's 2-story contemporary home. With its lake-facing orientation, the unobstructed water views greet you from the moment you step inside.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
PLEASE be cognizant of the neighbor(s) and neighborhood. This is a very quiet, traditional group of lakeside summer retreats - please keep any excessive and loud conversations to a minimum after 8:30-9pm.
Be careful going down the basement stairs - basement is divided into finished area (sleeping area with future bathroom/washroom) and unfinished area.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
