Helen was a huge help getting me checked in. I was early and she went up and personally made sure the room was clean and ready to go. She also told me of the best places to eat within walking distance.
The place was conveniently located and easy to get to. Room was clean and was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and would use it again.
All was good except for a couple of things that only pertain to handicap people. We had a handicap room(on 3rd floor. There was no shower seat for the tub and the bed was a little high for a handicap person to get into. Bed was nice and comfortable.... just a little to high. Everything else was good.
Check in experience was not the best but the MGR called my room to fix matters after that my stay was good as can get. Already booked to stsy again in August.
