Shortly after we checked in, we noticed a bug on the pillow. Turns out it was a bed bug. The front desk person was wonderful in getting us a new room. The response of management was not great. Bed bugs are a serious issue and we were given half off one night of our stay as compensation. No follow up communication. As we were leaving our room, my daughter had another bug, not sure if it was a bed bug, crawl down her arm. After our stay, we had the long task of making sure we didn't bring bed bugs into our home. Somethimg we souldn't have to deal with. It did look like they may have known our room had bed bugs as you could see they sprayed something in the crevices of the headboard, something we didn't see in the room we were moved to. Will not be staying there again.

I was not told about a 50 to 60 dollar deposit at check in. That needs to be discussed when checking in before someone just finds out about a charge on their card

I pulled the sheet down for my granddaughter to get in the bed and noticed something was spilled on the top sheet, I looked at the fitted sheet and it was so dirty and had a dead tick on the sheet, now that was so upsetting, just to think my granddaughter was going to sleep on these dirty sheets . The bed next to it they were very dirty, I had to go down to the front desk and tell the gentleman he gave me clean sheets so I had to change both king beds, on my last day there I thought for sure they would refund me for all I had to go through but they didn’t accommodate me at all or say sorry you had to go through this.
