Housekeeping at this facility was nonexistent. After paying a premium rate because of a Penn State football game, we returned to our room and there had been no made service whatsoever. When we asked the front desk, their response was simply “oh they must’ve been really busy and unfortunately missed your room”. Extremely disappointing and I would not stay at this facility again.

Room hadn’t been upgraded in decades. No cleaning of room or fresh towels offered. Shower floor was ancient and patched over. The shower floor kept making noises like it was going to fall through onto the next lower floor.

Good place to stay for home game weekend. The hotel is quiet and has a restaurant onsite. Be advised that the restaurant does not take reservations, so plan ahead. The shuttle to and from the stadium is a great amenity. Staff was very helpful!
