No matter the season, adventurers will appreciate the condo's proximity to Howelsen Hill Ski Area, Blackmer Trailhead, Yampa River Botanic Park, and Fish Creek Falls. Additional Steamboat Springs attractions include Old Town Hot Springs, Steamboat Art Museum, and Haymaker Golf Course.

From the moment you walk inside, you will feel at home amidst the comfortable furnishings, warm gas fireplace, and cheerful ambiance. The open living room effortlessly blends into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, the large corner table can host your entire family.

The bedrooms are equally sizable and cozy with their high-quality linens and simple decorations. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar interior amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
