This beautiful two-bedroom condo is in the heart of Steamboat's Mountain Village. 3/4 of a mile to the slopes, next to the Bear Creek Trail system, just off the Core Bike Trail, and a five-minute walk to Whistler Park, this condo is the perfect place to book your next Steamboat vacation.

The moment you walk in the door, the natural light pouring through the large picture windows and sliding glass door draws your attention to the warm living area, gas fireplace, and cozy private patio. The open kitchen, dining, and living space will beckon you to sit, relax, and truly unwind.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and every accessory you need to serve a quick snack or whip up a gourmet meal. The kitchen bar seats two and the dining table seats six, so there is room for all. Whether you are sitting down for a family meal or gathering around to play one of the many board games the owners keep stashed in the unit, there is room for everyone. After a day hiking or hitting the slopes, settle into the leather sofa and plush love seat as you watch the game or your favorite movie on the large, flat-screen TV. If it’s not too cold, take advantage of the private patio, complete with a propane grill.

The two bedrooms in this condo are separated by the living space, giving couples and kids the maximum amount of privacy. Each room has new beds and bedding, ensuring a luxurious night's sleep. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and attached full bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The second full bathroom is located just across the hallway from this room. It has plenty of space and a walk-in shower.

Additional amenities in this condo include a large, laundry closet with a full-sized stackable washer/dryer, a selection of in-home board and card games, and a heated one-car garage. Quail Run amenities include a 9’ shuffleboard, plus a shared playground and hot tub, making this condo as fun for adults as it is for kids! Situated on the corner of the first floor, adjacent to open space, this property truly provides you a place to vacation, not just to stay.

Spacious and open living area and big kitchen

This condo is on the local bus line and is a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor. The kitchen-dining-living area is open and spacious. The kitchen is very well outfitted and we cooked in all but one night on our week’s stay. We also enjoyed the hot tub which is a little bit of a walk to. I would prefer a unit that we could let ourselves in and when leaving leave the keys instead of having to drive to another location to check in and get keys as well as return keys. The unit was not ready when we arrived to get the keys, but was ready shortly after 4:00… so only a 10 to 15 minute wait.

Excellent stay in Steamboat

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean, bigger than we expected, plenty of bed/pull-outs for sleeping. We loved the heated garage and the shuttle service with Retreatia. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay overall

We were here for the week to snowboard. Having the garage area to store our gear was perfect. We loved all the kitchen amenities because we like to make smoothies and make our supper. The beds and pillows are comfy, we loved the fireplace and the hang out area. I also appreciate having paper towels, garbage bags, some dish soap and laundry detergent. My one minor complaint is that the rugs needed washing and the floor wasn’t the cleanest, the corners need a good vaccuum as well. Otherwise we loved our stay, it was a great location and easy to get to the mountain and we would definitely stay again.

Feel Like Home- great location!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Well maintained and spacious for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. Covered patio had a grill and it was a peaceful view to watch all the people and their dogs walk the bike path. 10-15 minute walk to gondola and ski base. Toiletries provided were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being torn off(last week of July). Workers were there from 7 am-7 pm including the weekend. We couldn't park at the condo during the day so very inconvenient.

Pretty decent place

Good place, clean and quiet. Good kitchen Bed was so so. 4/10 comfort from us and comparing to other airbnbs Having stayed similar places in the area the main drawback was patio facing street. No patio chairs to hang out on and streetlight shines into living and bedrooms at night (can close blinds). Otherwise okay place.

Nice Clean Condo

Nice condo, clean, well maintained. Hot tub keypad was frozen so could not use. Reported to Retreatia property manager but they were not able to fix during our stay. Still giving 5 stars as not within the owner's control.
