Perched less than a half-mile from the Steamboat Ski Resort, you will be mere minutes from the lifts, shops, and terrific restaurants that make this mountain town so very special. When the summer sun is shining, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two-and-a-half miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. You'll also be just six miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
