This townhouse will make you feel right at home the minute you walk in. Large and bright with three bedrooms each having their own adjoining bath. Great room living/dining area with fireplace, large flat screen Smart TV, and walk out to a large deck overlooking the pool/hot tub/tennis court and a lovely mountain view! The deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery with comfortable seating.

This home is completely turnkey and well stocked for anything you need for a comfortable stay, including all linens, towels, soaps, and kitchen items! The master is a true retreat with king bed, ensuite fit piece bath with large walk in shower and jetted tub, and a private balcony.

Two car heated garage for easy parking and access year round. Full laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

The location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to the ski base area in Steamboat (about two hundred yards). The heated outdoor saltwater pool, spa, sauna, and tennis courts are only a few steps away from the front door! The free shuttle system will take you to the gondola base area.

Pool/Hot Tub Closures: The pool/hot tub closes during the spring and fall shoulder seasons (April-May and October-Thanksgiving). We discount our rates during these times because of this, and to allow for utilizing paid entry places like the Old Town Hot Springs or Strawberry Park Hot Springs which are nearby, and a lot of fun!

Steamboat condo

The property was in a good location and was clean but for the price could use some replacements and up dates. Also, the description said there was a “queen, a twin bunk bed, and a twin bed” in the room downstairs. We wish that had been the case. We had 8 people and only 7 of us were able to sleep in beds. One of us had to sleep on a short sofa (not a fold out) downstairs as the bunk bed only had the upper bunk and there was no twin bed. Please revise the online description to accurately reflect the sleeping arrangement.

Cute, spacious, ski condo , great loco

We had a blast , well stocked condo for a family of 5, three kids ages 8-12yrs old. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and the shuttle Pickup was basically right outside our door. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and warm and cozy. We had the best time , steamboat and ski school so well done !!

Nice stay!

Excellent property and love Cross Timbers which is high end and upscale. Hot tub right out front door. The only confusion was the advertising for Bedroom 3 states a Queen, 1 twin bunk bed, and 1 twin bed. However the "1 twin bed" was actually a couch/sofa. Overall great property and very relaxing!

Great place to stay,

Great place to stay, close to skiing and shuttle picked us up right at the front door. The town house has lots of room to spread out. Was very comfortable for the 4 adults skiing. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great location. Comfortable and plenty of space for 7 adults. Shuttle to base very convenient but also a very easy walk. Only amenity that would make it perfect would be a free shuttle to town which was not available.

Perfect Place to Stay in Steamboat

Mary's townhome was a wonderful place for our family to stay during our ski vacation at Steamboat - the shuttle was easy to catch and at the end of day, we were able to ski to Apres Ski Way with a short walk from there to the townhome. Mary was so helpful and her home is beautiful - we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful townhome in a great location!

We had a great time here…it was perfect for just the two of us and also for when our family came for a visit. Just a few minute walk to the base of the slope where we ate at a few of the places (great food!) and also hiked up to Thunderhead. Centrally located to everything and few minute drive to the Main Street of town. The owner, Mary was a dream to deal with…always answered any questions right away and made us feel very welcome….and the listing represented the place perfectly. We would definitely come back and stay right here!

Amazing Vacation Rental

This rental was perfect for our stay! The townhome is so spacious and has everything you can think of. It’s walking distance to the ski mountain and in my option has the best hot tub, heated pool, and sauna in steamboat! We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave.
