The property, built in 2020, is located a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, “La Pelosa,” overlooking the National Park of Asinara Island.

The complex, with a contemporary design, consists of 56 apartments divided into 5 housing groups surrounded by gardens and features a brand new swimming pool; each apartment, finely furnished, can be on the ground floor with patio or on the second floor with terrace, both of which are equipped with table and chairs.

The Bilo 4 Premium apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. It comes with air conditioning, table fridge, dishwasher, smoke detector, TV, Wi-Fi (partial use), kitchenette equipped with dishes, cutlery, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.

Your stay includes: use of shared swimming pool (opening hours: 09:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm), laundry area and shared BBQ space, private parking, use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit € 50.00); final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, and first supply of bed and bath linens.
For stays of 14 days or multiple nights there is a free tidying up (excluding kitchenette).

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay the following mandatory fees:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the condition of the apartment.
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Stintino (the amount may vary depending on the time of the year).

For any needs you may go to our reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Check-in is available daily from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am; arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee reception and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged.

Your four-pawed friends are allowed in our facility. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. There is an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 for their stay.

Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of not cleaning the kitchenette or not disposing of waste, a penalty fee will be charged.

Super Lage für Strand La Pelosa
Es war alles in Ordnung, der Strand war super zu erreichen. Checkin- und Servicepersonal waren sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll gewesen, die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet werden können und man könnte vielleicht noch die ein oder andere Abstellmöglichkeit (z.B. Regale) in der Wohnung vorsehen.

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Capo Falcone Anlage. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Excellent! Das Appartement ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, hell, freundlich und praktisch inklusive grosser Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Torre. Swimming Pool Top. Selbst kostenlose Waschmaschinen können genutzt werden. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

résidence neuve mais des améliorations pourraient être faites
Joli complexe, très très propre, et bien fleuri, calme, agréable. Personnel très sympathique, belle piscine, maître nageur aimable. Appartements neufs (un an), et pourtant literie inconfortable... Quelques améliorations à revoir : manque d'étagères dans la salle de bains et de porte manteaux et d'un support pour le sèche-cheveux resté dans sa boîte ! Vaisselle trop juste : manque des verres à vin et doubler le nombre d'assiettes et de couverts serait appréciable pour éviter de faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à moitié vide. Absence d'épingles pour accrocher le linge. Nuisances sonores (musique tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h30 à l’hôtel d'en face). Clim qui ne descend pas en-dessous de 25 degrés. Il serait bien de préciser dans l'annonce qu'il faut impérativement réserver ses places pour accéder à la plage LA PELOSA car grosse déception pour nous, pas possible d'y accéder avant 18h, car complet jusqu'à fin août, or nous avions choisi cet appartement exprès car situé à côté de la PELOSA.

Decisión acertada
Ideal para pasar unos días. El apartamento cumple con todas las necesidades. Todos tienen parking. La piscina espectacular. A 3 min andando de la mejor playa de Cerdeña, la Pelosa. A 3 minutos en coche, en el bonito y tranquilo pueblo de Stintino podrás hacer tus compras para el día a dia, donde también podrás ir a cenar. De 45 min a 1 hora tienes Alguer población que has de visitar por la noche. Tiene vida infinita y es muy bonita. Si quieres comer una pizza de 1m te recomiendo el restaurante Poco Loco. Calidad precio excepcional
