Comfortable hotel in Central Stockholm
Comfortable hotel in a quiet area of Stockholm, close to some excellent restaurants but a good walk from many of the tourist attractions, of which there are many! Breakfast is very good but usually very busy. The rooms are quite small but perfectly adequate and comfortable, although the beds are soft.

Great value for money
We checked-in within few seconds using their self-service machine. The was spacious and clean. The mattress and pillows were comfy. Will consider again whenever we are in Stockholm.

A beautiful hotel with a great location near restaurants shopping cafes and the harbor for tours. Old town very close. Negrin at front desk was excellent and Fanny who helped handle any situation was amazing. The breakfast was awesome too

The buffet breakfast at Birger Jarl was really terrific--so many delicious options! The staff at the front desk was friendly and super helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Tiny, small, claustrophobic sized rooms. Overpriced, no breakfast included, no air conditioning, strange hotel design inside, it's like a third-world hotel in a good location. The bed is miniscule, uncomfortable for two people. Outdated design.

Awful stay and the rooms are very outdated and terrible condition. I was denied free upgrade even as a VIP member claiming that they had no availability but they had both the junior suite and the suite available
