Hi TonyThank you for taking the time to respond to how your stay with us at Sjöfart was.We start the sauna from the reception, so you need to come and tell us that we are going to start, and it will of course be started.Cleaning is done if you, as a guest, tell us you want it. This is part of Scandic's environmental commitment. Of course, you should have been informed of this upon arrival. If you haven't become one, I'm terribly sorry!Unfortunately, we only have the rooftop bar open during the summer season. This is because the Scandinavian weather is so uncertain and can quickly change between sun and rain during a day.I still hope you can think of coming back to us.Best regards,

Dear Anu , So sorry to read that you didn't enjoy your stay. Regarding breakfast time, we open only 07:00 at this month because many guests at holidays at the same time you can ask a breakfast box if you check out early.The roof bar is open only at Summer time and only when the weather permits that. Others wise the restaurant will be open. Our roof bar is a little crowded when we have many guests, i agree but anyway you can order something from the bar and set down with children downstairs at the restaurant if you want. We will take all these issues in consideration and will make you fell another impression next time. Best regards
