Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at The Wycliffe and that you found our staff to have looked after you. All our food is prepared fresh to order, and it is wonderful that you have had a chance to try it for yourself. We are disappointed to hear to did not find the room up to your standards; we take great care in ensuring all rooms are cleaned thoroughly and maintained in good conditions for every guest. We are in fact in the middle of repainting all rooms and replacing some of the fittings, which, being a small family business, is a process the family undertakes itself without the help of big contractors, which at times may take a little longer. We look after every detail at the property, which is why whenever there is anything dysfunctional or that falls below standards with the room, we are very happy for guests to report it as we would like to ensure a prompt action is taken and the matter resolved. In the meantime we will continue to work hard to raise our standards constantly. We would like to thank you for staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you back to The Wycliffe in the near future.
