The room stunk, there was a couple of bugs we found one out of the sink and another in the bathroom shower, the toilet paper roll was previously used/already open. The towels appeared stained, and the floor was dirty.

Staff are very nice, friendly and kind. The service I had was great. The rooms are clean, just need touch up painting on doors needed. Stayed more than 5 days, area was ok. Pet friendly.

The door didn’t fit the space. There was a cockroach on its back. There was no light fixture over the sink and the wall wasn’t painted over / behind the sink. Fortunately I brought my own soap as there was lotion, conditioner, face and body bar. The place looked practically empty yet because I wanted to check in early they made me wait until 2pm. I cannot believe that room 114 was the best they had.

there's a reason aaa doesn't approve this hotel.
fridge didn't work, smelled of cigarettes smoke, had cockroaches, fingerprints and gross (unknown) substances all over walls.office reeked of a terrible Indian spice. management claims they remodeled.if true, I would hate to see it before band.

There cockroaches the air conditioner didn't work run pay the extra for anywhere else it's wrong to pay to sleep with bugs no ice no cups mo microwave it was a nightmare

There were roaches coming from the drains of the shower along with under the door to the entrance and we were on the second floor. I also don't believe that anyone cleaned the bathroom from the last guest to us. The floor of the shower was dirty and had pink sparkles not from us. There was still soap scum on the handle of the shower. Good amount of abandoned cars with a big dumpster in the middle of the parking lot. There was a used needle cap lodged into the ac unit from the outside. 10/10 recommend staying elsewhere if you can.

Cheap, and not in a good way.
Super cheap, and not in a good way. No soap, no shampoo. Window just under ceiling, a foot high, can't see outside, felt like a bunker. The check-in is through a glass window. WiFi kept dropping out. The signal in the room right above the office was less than marginal. The room was very clean, and smelled clean. The A/C successfully cooled the room to 74 F on a 109 F day.
