Ice maker was broken at breakfast. Ice trays not in room. Wasn’t aware key card turned on lights. Had to sign paper waiver that we could be kicked out. Staff were just there…not overly welcoming or helpful.

So it was easy booking on Expedia, and the reasons I booked was because it states early check in 11am… I luckily checked a week before and it said 3pm check in. I called directly to the hotel to make sure, I was advise check in was indeed at 3pm and that Expedia had not updated that detail on their end yet, I was a bit disappointed just because I thought I had paid the hotel for a whole day. Upon check in before i even say anything the receptionist advise “your room might not be ready yet” I said okay. I gave my name and yes my room wasn’t ready. I stood by the front desk the whole time and 3 people after came in check in and all their rooms were ready. (They were not told like me that their room might not be ready), I waited about 45min to almost an hour for my room. That was just very disappointing just because I had an event that started at 4pm and by checking in at 3pm I thought I would’ve had time and because I just paid x amount of money for the room. And on top we do get charged $150 deposit fee(which has not been yet credited back to my account) they did advise 3-5 business days. Once we got our room, it was cleaned, Lourdes was the one that cleaned our room and did a good job. So thank you for that.

Had to request for housekeeping to make room at reception. I didnt on the friday as i forgot and i was out all day with my family. I got back late around 8pm and the room was not made, no fresh towels etc

Kudos to the hotel supervisor that got us in to a room for an early check in after there was a misprint on the check-in time (11am v. 3pm). Really appreciate her understanding with us waiting in the hotel lobby and nowhere else to go. Hotel was super clean, and a fully enjoyable experience. Will stay again if in Manteca for any reason!

The property is on the quiet corner but next to Sizzler restaurant which very convenient. The interior and exterior is super clean. Breakfast was very good.

Big League Dreams
Went for a softball tournament at nearby Big League Dreams. The hotel is brand new so very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Restaurants like Sizzler nearby. Nice kitchenette but I didn’t use it.
