Enjoy this tastefully decorated and restored 1850 Farmhouse with a new open concept kitchen with a wood burning stove. Enter the cozy living room just off the open dining room . The living room has a modern gas fireplace to enjoy while relaxing in the comfortable sofas whilst watching TV on the large screenTV. There is also a full bath on this level. Adjacent is a room the owners have dedicated as a yoga sanctuary, and could be used as an office if needed. If you head down to the lower level you will find the laundry room. When turning in the opposite direction you see a book case which when opened takes you into the Speak Easy bar, with a Large Screen TV, Dart Board and room to sit and just hang out after a long day of skiing. Back up on the main level and off the back deck you will locate the outside hot tub. The guest bedrooms are up above the main house each with their own bathroom. The Primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the house up a separate set of stairs. At the top of the stairs there is an area to sit at a small desk. Walk into the Primary bedroom which has a full walk in closet on the left with sliding barn doors. Across from the closet is the ensuite bathroom with two sink vanities, a stand alone tub, separate rain shower and toilet closet. The primary king sized bed resides in a spacious area at the end of the Primary Suite, with large tv and reading chaise. There is a 2 car heated garage with ample storage for ski equipment and boot/glove drier. Across the driveway stands a barn with a full Gym with cardio and weight equipment. Set on 5 private acres this home has plenty of privacy and space to be out in nature. Walking, snowshoeing and snowmobile trails are all within a short walking distance from the property.
