Thank you for your feedback.You have booked 2 standard rooms with us. Both of them were about the same size (1 sqm of diffference only), but all our rooms have differents layout so that may explain why you felt a difference of size. We are a bit surprise about your comment on the cleanliness as our housekeeping staffs is checking the states of all our rooms on daily basis. It can happenned that we miss something, but our team always do its best to fix it as soons as we are notified. Lastly we are sorry that we could not help you with your luggage issue. Unfortunately we had no tool that could have been helpfull.Otherwise, we would definitely have providing help. The best we can do in that case is provide information. Best Regards,

Cher Monsieur,Vous aviez préalablement effectué votre réservation par téléphone avec la réception afin de bénéficier du meilleur tarif, que vous avez validé.Lors de votre arrivée, vous avez contesté ce prix, ayant vu un tarif différent sur un site de vente, qui vous incluait à tord les taxes de séjour.Vous avez préféré annuler votre réservation pour passer par ce site, après avoir commencé votre enregistrement. De ce fait, votre arrivée a été retardée afin de traiter la nouvelle réservation faite en ligne. Nous sommes navrés que malgré tout cela vous ayez trouvé notre personnel désagréable.La superficie de nos chambres varie d'une chambre à l'autre et est soumis à disponibilité.Nous vous avions proposé une catégorie de chambre plus spacieuse que vous n'avez pas retenue.Cordialement,
