On arrival the cooker didn't work the bedlights didn't work, the overhead bedroom light had only one bulb and not two or three that it needs under the globe, and the bathroom mirror light didn't work! I went to reception. It would be fixed in the morning. The shower had a short curtain and the bathroom got saturated! On return the cooker had a saucepan which allowed the cooker to work!! No lights fixed. I moved rooms. Needed an extra toilet roll bathroom glasses and only had two coffee sachets nothing else! Bed was clean and comfortable and all lights worked Duvets quite new and pillows good. The staff at reception did everything to help but it seems there's no manager to refer to. With the bulbs they would have had to wait for the technician to order new ones?!!! He should have some in stock. They said he can't do that!!!? Skirting was plastic and billowing in curves away from wall! Shower trough filled up!

La partie couverts pour la cuisine ne semblaient pas très propre, assez collant même, j'ai tout relaver. Pour le reste, rapport qualité prix très convenable.

La chambre est spacieuse et bien occultée, la literie est confortable, l'établissement est calme et à distance de marche équivalente entre le centre ville (15') et la gare(10'), la kitchenette est suffisamment équipée pour des repas simples. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la journée après avoir quitté la chambre. Points négatifs : une odeur de renfermé, une cuvette de toilettes loin d'être impeccable et les portes coulissantes des placards dégondées.

Vu le prix très raisonnable, nous n'attendions pas un grand confort, mais cette résidence est vraiment bas de gamme. La chambre était poussiéreuse quand on l'a prise. Le point le plus marquant: la moisissure dans la douche de notre chambre, où les meubles sont par ailleurs, mal agencés, de sorte que la penderie ne s'ouvre que sur 15 cm (la porte butte contre la table de nuit). Dans l'autre chambre que nous avions louée, l'espace derrière le plan sous la fenêtre, qui permet d'atteindre le réglage du chauffage, est trop étroit pour y passer une main normale. Isolement phonique médiocre. Ecoulement des eaux de la salle de bain très très lent (pbl de canalisation) Les lits ne sont pas faits (mais c'est peut-être une habitude dans ce type de résidence ? ) Accueil aimable et envvironnemnt calme, accessible à pied de la gare en 5-10 minutes.
