Bathroom needed attention
The bathroom was tired and had a bad smell most of the time. The bed had sunk in the middle so you rolled into it all the time. Second night we had to sleep diagonally to sleep at all. Breakfast was fairly good for France but lots of crashing of plates going on in the kitchen. Good location for catching tram to Strasbourg and helpful staff.

Basic but functional
This is a very basic hotel but you wouldn't expect a palace for the price. Good to find a room to take family of 5. Bathroom pretty badly designed, showering means you cover the floor in water despite your best efforts. Check-in simple and man on front desk helpful. 500 yards from tram stop into Strasbourg, only 4.50 euros for the whole family.

Fine place for a family
It was great and inexpensive, the tram is within walking distance so if you don't feel like driving in Strasbourg you don't have to,you can get your keys from the machine, yes it does work, room cleaned every day we where 5.... 2 boys one mother in law and a loving couple so it needed it, staff helpful and polite, the manager speaks English, we where in France for 1 month and it was one of the best price performance we got. Of course the hotels at 250. euros a day where fancier...

Hostel not hotel
The bright spot of our stay was the man at the front desk. He was very helpful and polite. From there it was all downhill. The hallway had a motion sensor light that would not turn on until you were halfway down the hall and there was no other light so the hall was pitch black until the light finally turned on. We were greeted in the hallway by guests from another room with their door open and some angry music coming from their room. When we got to our room, the room was more like a hostel than a hotel. While it had all of the bare necessities and we didn't see any bugs, that is really all there is to say. We will not be staying here again and I would not recommend this hotel for a family or women travelling alone.

Overall we had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel was kindof far from Strasbourg but it was fine as we were in car. Hotel was really good looking and almost completely clean. The door was really difficult to open but otherwise everything was good!

A budget stop over
Travelling from Florence to Dunkirk this was an ideal overnight stop over. A budget hotel on a trading estate, it is certainly basic, but clean and comfortable. We felt secure, there was a Mc Donalds and other food outlets available nearby. Good parking and we felt safe. The young man who manned reception and provided the (excellent) buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly attentive and efficient. Working very hard with a smile. Excellent English. I wish I had his name because I would thank him for his service.

Convenient location
After a long drive from the UK this hotel is very convenient with plenty of parking facilities. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast had a good choice. The staff was efficient and helpful and the location perfect for exploring Strasbourg by tram, leaving the car behind. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel, it is well worth the money you pay.
