A real gem, stunning view of the racecourse, excellent amenities and a warm and welcoming vibe to the house. Lots of helpful information before and on arrival. Would not hesitate to book again.

A great place to stay
The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it.

Excellent property, clean and well-appointed. Very good communication from the owner before and during the stay. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone visiting Stratford-upon-Avon.

Excellent property not far from the centre of Stratford. Very high standard, great for over night but would be perfect for a longer stay. Very clean, quiet and well equipped. Highly recommended.

My GF sometimes doubts my judgement in booking great accomodation (🤔) but this property definately provided the WOW factor 😀😀 for her surprise birthday weekend away. Immaculately clean, extremely well presented, close to town centre and awesome views right alongside Stratford racecourse 🐎 The decor, furnishings, art work; all to a very high standard (I really wanted to try playing the saxophone but she wouldn't let me touch it). The kitchen is really well supplied with every type of kitchenware needed and due to lock-down restrictions in town we fully used the kitchen (and dishwasher) on both evenings. The property can sleep 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. As a couple, for a weekend away, it was so relaxing - just like a home-from-home. Bedding, towels, carpets all felt new and well cared for. Easy walk into Stratford upon Avon and (to my GF's delight) Waitrose is about a mile away. Great comms with Mike the host before and after 👍👍 Will we book again? YES I&L from Cardiff
