Great experience and Starbucks coffee
Very pleasant stay. Arrived late and hungry. Surprised to find pub open and serving. Food was not only really good but very reasonably priced. Service was friendly and efficient. Great find… oh, lastly… Starbucks coffee in the room. I shall return!

What a great hotel. Had no idea how huge it was but felt small town with such a lovely front desk staff. Rooms are clean and large. Enjoyed the starbucks coffee provided with the in-room coffee pots. Definitely a good choice.

Mel the bartender made our visit so special!
We had an amazing time relaxing at your hotel. We particularly enjoyed the staff at Shades Lounge. Mel made us feel very welcome, made fantastic drinks and was quite attentive to our needs. She truly is the backbone of that restaurant. We only have one suggestion. We were surprised that there wasn't any complimentary coffee available in the lobby. We have grown accustomed to this practice in most hotels and, given the quality of your hotel, we thought for sure there would be free coffee offered all day.

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet setting. The room was very nicely furnished and was very clean. My only (minor) complaint was I got some attitude from the front desk about asking for an additonal 30 minutes before checking out. This surprised me, as it was 'off-season', i.e. not summer tourist season.
