Located between Sugarloaf Key and Big Pine Key, this upscale, three-bedroom, waterfront house is beautifully furnished, and with its amazing sunset views, a private pool, and a 40-foot dock, it's perfect for your family's next sun-filled getaway! First thing: step into the kitchen to make some refreshments and look out over the Sacarma Bay to the Atlantic Ocean, American Shoals lighthouse, and Sugarloaf Key in the distance. Head outside to the covered patio overlooking the water, or walk down to the dock to discover an array of tropical reef fish. It’s perfect for an early morning snorkel or a trip on one of the home's five kayaks. For guests interested in bringing a boat, the house has easy access to the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico.
Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and an open concept that helps to provide a welcoming atmosphere. The entertainment area has a TV mounted above a handsome fireplace, an expansive corner sofa, and beautiful ocean views through the sliding glass doors that lead to the furnished private balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator, a wine cooler, and a stand-alone full-sized ice maker, perfect for filling the cooler for a day on the water. You'll also find a dishwasher, a center prep island, and plenty of counter space. There are two barstools available, plus a dining table with partial bench seating and space for six guests.
The second-level plunge pool is a great way to cool off while catching up with family and friends. The outdoor kitchen includes a picnic table for those family barbecues. Take the complimentary beach towels to sun yourself on the private beach or take a kayak out to spend a day on the water, then come back up to cool the home down with the central AC and ceiling fans. Explore the islands on the home's five provided bicycles. Watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV while the kids amuse themselves with the children's games. Have a little work to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.
This location is perfect for a peaceful holiday. It is situated on a quiet street on the southern point of Cudjoe Key. The house is just over 20 minutes from the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Key West, but with none of the crowds. The Lower Keys offer the best fishing, diving, and snorkeling. Anglers are within minutes of deep water fishing for trophies, and the flats and backwater are nearby as well. If you prefer diving or snorkeling, you are just five nautical miles from Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, featuring the only coral barrier reef in the United States, with over 150 varied species of fish and 50 different coral formations, along with several historical shipwrecks. There are also a number of sandbars and small islands available, great places to pull up the boat for some relaxation, and there are some well-protected waters for skiing or tubing as well.

Looe Key Marine Sanctuary is just five miles away and Bahia Honda State Park and Beach are 15 miles away. Key West Lighthouse, Truman’s Little White House, and Key West Aquarium are all within 24 miles, and National Key Deer Refuge Nature Center is just 10 miles from the home. Visit some of Key West's most popular attractions such as the Ernest Hemingway Home or Southernmost Point, or head down to Mallory Square to catch a stunning Florida Keys sunset. Curry Hammock State Park, Dolphin Research Center, Seven Mile Bridge, and Sombrero Beach are all found with a scenic drive along US-1.

Dock details: A 40-foot private dock is available. The water is deep enough for most boats up to about 32 feet, with a minimum of 36 inches of water at the lowest tide and over five feet at high tide.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
