Mökki # 5 - Viehättävä, siisti, mukava mökki vain 20 mailin päässä Key Westistä. Tuo perhe. Yksi tilavimmista mökeistämme; Se tarjoaa täyden keittiön, suojatun patio, kaksi queen makuuhuonetta. Tämä mökki on vain muutaman askeleen päässä uima-altaamme. Telakka, seawall ja kajakit ovat kaikki asiakkaiden käytettävissä. Kolikkopesu on saatavilla myös paikan päällä. Oletpa sitten Florida Keysillä paeta talvet tai nauttia rauhallisista vesistä ja loistavasta kalastuksesta ja kesien sukelluksesta, löydät Cudjoe Oceanside -mökin kotisi poissa kotoa.

Property was ok
This property could be a jewel. After I booked I got a long list of rules and things I would have to provide for myself. I don't mind providing my own toilet paper and paper towels--the tone set just was not welcoming. We have stayed at so many great places where we felt cared for. That was not the case here. It' was not as clean as I would have liked. The kitchen was really nice but the refrigerator periodically leaked onto the floor. The bathroom was nice but there was nowhere to put your things. The bedrooms were homey and beds were ok. The living room was sunken with a step down, I would have wanted to avoid if I had known. The tiny living room was furnished with castoffs; a broken recliner and TV with volume which could not be turned up. I had to perch myself about two feet from the TV to hear it. The WIFI password they sent me was wrong, so I had to call mgt to get the correct one. The only lighting was harsh overhead light. The pool looked nice - I saw someone else enjoying it. There were two docks and views of the water. But nowhere to sit and enjoy the view except a picnic table. I would have liked to taken a chair down there to enjoy the view with a drink, but thought that might be breaking some rule. The grounds had lovely trees and bushes, but piles of junk and broken up concrete here and there. The washer and dryer worked well and at 1.25 a load were reasonable. But the wash room, a shed behind the pool was dirty and depressing without a working light.

Some updates needed
Overall rating of good. Lovely, updated kitchen and bathroom, the shower was fabulous. It had a great area for the dogs, the beds were comfortable, but the living room needs a lot of work. It wasn’t comfortable to sit and relax to watch tv. The remote for the tv was missing and the cable remote wasn’t working so that was challenging. We finally fixed it. The blinds were torn, and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The location was good and it was clean. Not sure we would stay there again, but there are other homes on the property that also rent.

Nice place to travel with pets
Overall I appreciate having a rental where I can take my two dogs. However, if I did not have my dogs I would probably not stay here. Some of the furniture was broken. The exterior needs some TCL. Everything was a little run down but decent.

Comfortable
Decent size for a few days stay. Nice and cool with the A/C. Spent majority of the days in key west. So we were only in the cottage in the morning's for breakfast and at night to sleep. Only down fall was that we had to purchase all the essentials for the bathroom and kitchen since the cottage doesnt come with anything. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Great location
We had a really nice time. Loved the location...we could paddleboard right from the house. Awesome restaurants close by. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. We would definitely stay again. Although next time I would want the unit closest to the water.

Licht und (etwas viel) Schatten… :(
Die Buchung, die Vorabkommunikation und der CheckIn sowie die Anmeldung waren tadellos. Leider hielt die Unterkunft nicht, was das Inserat versprochen hat. Lediglich die Schlafräume und das Badezimmer waren gut. Bequeme Betten und eine große Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Der Rest war leider sehr abgewohnt bzw. unansehnlich (schmutzige Textiloberflächen an Wohnzimmermöbeln und Küchenstühlen, defekte Lampe, kaputter Küchenstuhl (somit nur 3 Stühle für 4 Personen), löchrige und fleckige Handtücher, fehlender Griff an der Kühlschranktür und schmutziger Ofen). Auch die Außenanlage wirkt nicht sehr einladend, eher wie Baustelle. Sehr schade, da man mit etwas Arbeit ein viel besseres Ergebnis erzielen könnte. Auch der Hinweis auf diese Dinge blieb erfolglos. Es wurde zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, reagiert wurde jedoch nicht. Ich kann dieses Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.

This is a quaint, conveniently located property. Plenty of room on the dock for our boat. The cottage was very clean and quiet. We had an extremely relaxing week and hated to leave. I highly recommend booking your stay here !

Peaceful paradise
Based on the description, i assumed this was a large property with lots of listings and the amenities would be a good distance away...i was wrong and I loved it. Smallish property with lots of privacy, the amenities were so close! Also, it was great to be in a home away from the crowds on Key West at night. I slept peacefully at night and had a blast during the day when I did drive to Key West.
