All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and remembered you whenever you walked past the front desk. The hotel was full due to an event and everything still ran smoothly. The hotel has access to the community pool which is awesome for kids and super convenient. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone. Highly recommend staying here especially if you are traveling as a family. Five stars!!

Noisy air vent right outside the door. Very limited food options. No shower door or curtain, water going everywhere. The view of the sea was nice. Clean.

Very friendly staff. The pool area was absolutely amazing!! Only downside was that the pool closed at 8:45pm! Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic! They went up and beyond to get certain items for my daughter who’s T1D so that was appreciated more than they know! I would definitely go back again!

Great clean hotel the only issue is the breakfast in the morning not a lot of seating and poorly maintained every morning there was either no cutlery/plates or the food was very low not enough staff working during breakfast

The room wasn’t well cleaned, the sheets were not changed at all. And the worst thing was that kind of insects in the room. We did report that to the front desk but no feedback unfortunately. I can’t attach the video I took about the insects in the room.

The hotel was clean and well maintained surprisingly in a residential area. Staff were friendly and breakfast adequate. Besides the boardwalk 5 mins away everything else you have to drive. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property with wonderful facilities attached. We had no idea when we booked. The pool and gym in the attached rec centre were a truly phenomenal surprise that we made great use of. Wish we would have stayed longer so we could enjoy more!

Front desk staff were friendly but Paula is an amazing employee at the front desk. Unfortunately I was put out by housekeeping as our room wasn’t cleaned and when I called to see why my reply was the housekeeper marked my room as Do Not Disturb. We did not have our sign on the door at all during our stay so I had to go down and collect all the items we needed and garbage and towels were left in room.

Best on the island! Too bad we found this gem at the end of our trip, because we would have stayed here all week. It is so clean and the staff are so friendly guest checkin is phenomenal! They have Do e products for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the cutest little bar of soap for your hands. Not to forget the amazing pool with large slide. Fantastic for my 8 year old! I highly recommend Microtel for your stay on PEI. Loved it!
