I was surprised and disappointed when we checked in that we weren't in the "main" hotel, but in a small, older motel building. They said wasn't it nice that we could park close to our room. There isn't an elevator in either building. For breakfast we had to walk across a large parking lot and half the length of the hotel to get to the breakfast area. We like to swim and planned to do so, but decided not to because we would have to walk in our swimming clothes across the parking lot to get to the main building. Our room was small. We had to use the extra queen bed for our luggage. There was only a small rod to hang up a few clothes. We felt like we were staying at a different hotel than the "hotel" I had reserved. The TV was nice.

Loved our king bed. The room overlooked the 7 hole golf course and no noise from the road was heard. The bathroom had a seperate shower stall and was clean and maintained. Breakfast included hot and cold options with plenty to choose from.

The facility was just as advertised. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Location in Summerside is great; easy to access and convenient to all amenities. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of selections. Internet was fast. Great for a good night's rest!

They had a good hot breakfast and most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We felt in our king room that they crammed all of the usual amenities into it - i.e. a fridge and microwave but to make space for it they took away half of the closet. They placed 3 drawers at the bottom of the other side of the closet so when you hung something full size, it folded in half and got wrinkled. The rooms on the main floor all open from an inside lounge area with comfy chairs where people congregate to visit and the noise carries into the rooms. There isn't automatic housekeeping every day but you can request it the night before. I caught the gal in the lounge area and exchanged my towels and obtained other supplies from her and took out my own garbage.

Every Tuesday they had a guest mixer with free finger foods - however the staff we encountered were rude to our children - we weren’t told any age restrictions so I guess staff were having an off day.

Easy parking, though the spaces fill up quickly and you may end up a little further from the door then what is ideal. I liked that there was an entry/exit door close to our room on the ground floor. Both indoor and outdoor pools which others seemed to enjoy. There is a golf course directly behind the hotel.
