Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
We loved the location and easy access to Sun Valley Lodge and surrounding area. This condo itself needs some updating and though cleaning. It is very dated.

Quaint and Cozy!
Very cozy studio! Spacious kitchen and main area. No need to leave, but if you do, vary close to Sub Valley Resort and Ketchum.

great cute place
Small space in the best location! walkable to the lodge and right off the bus line that can take you anywhere in town. Super clean and cozy!

Decent value.
They stress cleanliness but the coffee pot was filthy and unusable, the tea kettle had old water in it with a film on the inside and the dishwasher wasn't empty. Some of the pots were old and worn out. Good location and good value for what you get.

Perfect location to experience Sun Valley
The studio was charming and just what we needed for a short stay. We were able to get everywhere easily by foot, bike, and car.

Location is great
The location is pretty good, the place itself had issues. Not everything was cleaned, I found dishes with stuck on food, gum like substances on the floor, hair on the couch bed (when opened it up). Other than that, the stay was nice, location is great, as I mentioned, but beware, if you get someone living on the top floor - you’ll hear it all day and night long.

Extremely Poor Communication
I have never taken the time to write a review, much less a negative one. However, this experience was very poor. We were given a 3 Day notice (clearly too late to make any changes) that the amenity pass was not purchased this year and we would not be able to use the pass. This would not have been a big deal except that is what a great majority of the pictures on the listing are of. My wife and I have 2 little kids who were really looking forward to swimming. There was 0 communication (response) with the property manager/owner. We had to spend several hours on the phone to finally get check in instructions after sending several unanswered messaged to the owner. The town was fantastic, the unit was as advertised but I would never rent from this particular owner again.

Cozy studio in great location near Village
This unit is a great alternative to a hotel room for a couple or small family. It is in an older complex and shows some wear but the furnishings have been updated and the kitchen was well outfitted. We appreciated having access to the Inn pool (geothermal heated so pleasant even in winter). Ground floor is nice when you’re packing ski gear after a long day on the slopes. Not the most plush accommodations in the area but it was comfy and as advertised.

As Advertised
Pros: Close (walkable) to everything in the Sun Valley resort area, with access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. as condo amenities. Easy to park. Appliances and utensils are all there and in working order. Newly updated walk-in shower. Good value for money. Cons: Although apparently it's been replaced recently, we found the mattress too soft and not quite level. Only 2 windows, and only one of them opens, so dark and stuffy, especially in warm weather. No washer/dryer. Decor is dated. No deadbolt or way to secure the door from inside, just a keyed door handle lock. We've been coming to Sun Valley for several years running so our kids can participate in the summer music institute. This year we tried renting a condo instead of pitching our tent at the lovely Sawtooth National Forest campground up the road. I think we'll be back at the campground next year. Sun Valley rentals (we've seen friends' rentals too) feel less like someone's home or extra unit rented out for some extra cash and more like worn, full-time vacation rentals used hard to maximize income and minimize expense. No personal touches. No human contact. YGWYPF (you get what you pay for) and nothing more.

Well appointed condo, very comfortable .
Great location. Super comfy, nice storage options, tv a little small but doable. Location to hot tub not optimal but very nice once you are there. Having a locker room adjacent to hot tub made it more convenient. Overall very nice stay. Would return and recommend.

Super alternative to staying at the Lodge or Inn, 7 minute walk to either.
It was a great place to call home for a few days. We will be booking it again in the near future.

Great location, furnishings & bed could use some improvement
Great location, clean, management & communication was excellent. The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline & furnishings in disrepair, straight from 1990. Other than the bed & furnishings great place.

The place is great.
My wife and I had a great time there we would go back no problem. The only issue that we had was the hot tub's weren't accessible inside the property and I'm not sure where you would go to actually use the hot tub. The condo itself is a little bit dated but that was not a big deal at all. Other than the issue with the pool in the hot tub we would use the place again without question.
