This single-level, ground floor entry, 1,800 square foot 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom Lodge residence has been remodeled with attention to detail from the high-end kitchen appliances to the spacious open floor plan. The entry has a laundry room with a stack Bosch washer and dryer to the right, and the left side provides a mud room with cubbies for all your gear.
The great room has a wood-burning fireplace with the 40-inch flat panel TV mounted above and a DVD player. The dining area easily seats 8 and is open to the living room area with an office nook. The gourmet kitchen has a 4-burner Viking Gas stove with a Chargrill, stainless appliances, slab stone counters, and hardwood floors. The large kitchen island has a butcher block top with bar seating for three. The entrance to the deck is off the kitchen and runs the length of the condo with deck furniture (summer only). The residence comes with private wireless internet access.
The Master bedroom is very spacious with a walk-in closet, King bed, sitting area, and an en-suite bath with marble double vanities. The shower has a regular shower head and you also have a handheld wand. The guest bedroom across the hall has two Double beds and a hallway that leads to a sauna on the right and a full bath at the end of the hallway. The bathroom is marble with a walk-in shower with a regular head, a rain shower head, and a handheld wand. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap for the baths and kitchen. This property has a detached garage that is close to the building and has racks for skis inside. This property does not have A/C and does not have a landline telephone.
Complex Features: The Sun Valley Lodge is within walking distance as well as the Pavilion, ice rink, and restaurants in the Mall area.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
