Do NOT book. Dirty Rooms, dirty carpet in hallway, no housekeeping. I was told by front desk i could only have clean linen after 3 days of stay. I booked from Friday to Monday. Never seen housekeeping. Rats running out front in parking lot. Trash running over out front of building. Dirty windows in lobby, its very hard to understand the staff when they speak. No toilet paper in room or even soap. I could go on and on. The pool was dirty. The hallways smell damp and molded. Water leak in hallway. Trash can catching water. Someone vomited in lobby bathroom in sink. Looked and smells like it had been there for days. Sheets and towels are dingy. Please do not waste your time or money. Save yourself the frustration and go next door to Holiday Inn Express. You will thank me later.

This place is very unkept, clean towels are given every three days, no trash removal from rooms, bucket sitting in hall way catching water from a leak. We will never ever stay here again. We should be refunded our money.

Pictures look nicer than hotel actually is.
Rooms were recently updated. Hallways smelled bad and had old nasty carpet. There was a trash bag full of trash that was located by the ice machine that just sat there from Friday afternoon till Saturday night. The place also had a smell in the common areas and hallways that i cannot get out of my head. It smelled like mildew and Indian food. We had friends in the area that wanted to meet at the hotel and go to dinner from there. I was to embarrassed to bring anyone there, it smelled to badly… it was a little cheaper then the neighboring hotels but i would suggest to spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The carpet in the hall needs replaced. It has a musty smell. It should be replaced with a wooded or vinyl floor as it is easy to be cleaned. It would also eliminate the musty smell unless there is a underlying that needs to be address.

In desperate need of renovation, cleaning and decor upgrades. Furniture, bedding, carpets old, stained and overall felt lack of attention to overall cleanliness. Front door glass appeared hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

This hotel is under renovation. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. The carpets throughout the entire hotel will be replaced soon but now they are threadbare and stained. There were some staple hotel items that were lacking / no soap in bathrooms and breakfast was at a minimum but the coffee was dark and we had bagels with butter. Simple but fine! We swam in the clean pool and had fun there! My moms room smelled of mildew so we were offered a 2nd floor room in exchange but there’s no elevator so we could switch. We chose this hotel because it was the most afforded in the area so we were expecting some deficiencies and there were several but overall it was clean and safe so we were content to stay.

There was only one washcloth; we used it to dry our hands when we first arrived, and when wet, it looked dirty--like we'd cleaned our shoes with it. There was no soap--we used our own. The front rug desperately needed to be changed (and cleaned). The side entry--both the building and entry needed to be cleaned. Just inside the side door was a vent that was filthy. Back in our room, there were multiple wires, etc. hanging from the tv that was unsightly, albeit it was somewhat hidden by the desk chair but still very visible. When i swiped the bathroom floor with a wet tissue--in an area we hadn't walked on, nearer the shower--it was dirty! The front staff was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. When I tried to call the front desk from our room phone, there was no answer; I tried several times. There may be a problem with that phone button not working. My husband then walked to the lobby. The manager immediately came back with him...I think a cable needed to be plugged in for our tv to get service. He was most pleasant and accommodating! Do they actually change the sheets--or just remake the bed for the next consumer? I can't think about it. We weren't looking for luxury, nor did we pay for luxury--just a place to sleep for the night. We both slept good.

Good for price
The only problem I really had was they do not have bars of soap to wash your hands And if you weren't down to breakfast by 730 there was nothing left. The motel is in need of an updateight but it was a decent place to stay

The bathroom, sink faucet was loose, was also dirty, floor was sticky I thought I was paying one price per night but was charged a different price than quoted. I was told that they charge a different price each day of the week. I was Not happy about charges The employees did not speak English very well at all. It was a family worked facility.
