Friendly staff. Nice well-stocked free breakfast with plenty of options. Clean rather large pool area. Evening receptions with drink and food (didn’t get chance to attend). Well situated in Sunnyvale. Little bit of noise in the rooms and pillows weren’t my favorite but rooms were clean, fridge and microwave were convenient and not loud. In all, a good value.

The Maple Tree Inn is a nice quiet property. We checked in late and were able to park and get right to bed after checking in. While our primary destination for the two days of our stay was San Francisco and Oakland, staying in Sunnyvale was a more cost-effective and quieter option. It also put us closer to our next destination, driving down the Pacific Coast Highway.

This is not wonderful! It’s not even nice . I feel ripped off. Could have spent a lot less $ and been in a nicer place . Dirty with stains and old depressing decor. Deceitful representation! If it stays a 9.0 on Expedia I’ll be disappointed. I’ll check I’m so upset I booked for two days . Almost left one night early just not to stay there.

Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and fresh pancakes. Nice, clean hot tub and pool. Super easy to get around and short drive to Great America.

Second stay here, one of my favorite places to stay. Have paid double the price for hotels not as clean and friendly stafffed as Maple Tree. Will be back again!
